I don’t think I agree with you on this, I have watch Fluminense and I have watched Al Hilal, and I will say Al Hilal are favorites in winning this tie, though it still football and it very unpredictable but Al Hilal are favorites, when you watch Al Hilal against Real Madrid and against Manchester city you would see that they are not tactically different from how they finished the season, the new coach have changed their style of play and they now play a very unique style of football.

Chelsea is probably more famous than Palmeiras, and they might be at a slightly better level, but that doesn't mean they will beat Palmeiras, and I think it is even possible that the opposite will happen, because Palmeiras although not very prominent in this tournament (they have not faced a big team before Chelsea) but their performance is quite consistent.
