Does anyone here believe that Palmeiras, Fluminense or Al-Hilal can win the World Cup?
I'm rooting hard for one of those 3 teams to win it 

I realize that many here don't know Brazilian soccer, and even with the chance to watch great games, they still don't watch because it's not the European team that's playing
The vast majority of Brazilian players who play in Europe come from Brazilian teams, and even with so many problems, especially money, they are extremely competitive teams, just look at the fact that there are 2 teams from Brazil in the final 8

We are already looking forward to the next round since this tournament will become more interesting as it goes on. Real Madrid will face Dortmund. I believe the war between these two teams will never stop, they met in the Champions League final the previous two seasons and in the Champions League group stage last season. Real Madrid always had a great result against Dortmund, and we expect the same in the next meeting.  However, I'm confident that Al Hilal will defeat Fluminense as well.

However, in the match between PSG and Bayern Munich, some feel that PSG will win, but I would not be shocked if Bayern Munich defeats PSG. I believe PSG has more quality players than Bayern Munich, but this does not mean Bayern Munich will overlook them. I believe both clubs scored in that game, while Chelsea is facing Palmeiras, I believe Chelsea will advance to the next round.

Real Madrid can always be trusted to win the match when they face Dortmund. because it seems like Dortmund always has difficulties when facing Real Madrid. And yes, these two teams meet quite often too. and in terms of squad depth it is also quite clear that Real Madrid is very superior. Real Madrid has many extraordinary star players in their team.  Even though Real Madrid currently has a new coach, I think the Real Madrid squad can adapt quite quickly to their new coach, namely Xabi.

For the Al-hilal vs Fluminense match, I'm not sure. Likewise with the PSG vs Bayern match. What is clear is that both matches will be equally exciting for us to watch. And I hope I can watch it.

I'm not going to lie and say that I haven't entertained the thought of either of these teams being the winner of this competition. So far since this tournament started, it has been European clubs that have been winning it so it would be a good thing to see a change and of the three teams you mentioned, I'm ready to bet my money on either Fluminese or Al Hilal to take home the cup. It's not like the other remaining teams are not good but I have to admit that these two have given it their all when it comes to this tournament.

This result shows that the European continent is still the strongest for football. Five European teams are playing in the quarterfinals. That means 1 slot to the final is certain to belong to a European team. And for that position I favor PSG and Real Madrid to get it. PSG is still the best team in the world after they won the UCL. They are still very dominant in the FIFA Club World Cup. In another match I think Real Madrid is much more favored than Dortmund. Moreover, Dortmund will lose Jobe Bellingham who is on a card accumulation. Chelsea will get an easy win but I think the match between the Brazilian representative and the Asian representative is very difficult to predict. Al Hilal surprisingly managed to beat City but Fluminense also managed to beat Inter Milan.

I kind of differ here because Real Madrid's defensive play is not the best and will take some time to be perfectly assembled. With Adeyemi and Guirassy Dortmund has two strikers that can almost certainly score goals against them. I agree that this may not be enough to beat Real Madrid, but I don't think we are going to see a dominant 3-0 performance. Dortmund will have some opportunities and if they use the first two big opportunities they have, and I think they will, the game won't be like a walk with the dog for Madrid.

This competition is indeed different from other competitions, but even though PSG doesn't really care about this cup, I'm sure PSG will reach the semi-finals or even the final of this cup, although maybe PSG won't be so disappointed if they have to go home without bringing the cup. Now PSG only have to think about beating Bayern Munich in the quarter-finals and that is a very worthy opponent for PSG, but I'm not so sure Bayern Munich will win that match if PSG can still play at full strength in that match.

Nothing is impossible in football, because as long as the ball is round, every team can make a miracle. So of course it is possible that Al Hilal, Fluminense, or Palmeiras can become champions in this big competition. Moreover, we have seen their performance, that these teams cannot be underestimated. Because as we know Al Hilal was able to beat big teams like Manchester City, then Fluminense was also able to beat Inter very gallantly. So with this real evidence, I think it can be a clear consideration that these teams are also likely to be able to compete in this competition even further. I think only Al Hilal have the opportunity to become a champion, even the chance is just 5%. For both Fluminense and Palmeiras, I think it's impossible because Flamengo is the strongest Brazilian team, unfortunately they have been eliminated.

People don't care with Brazilian league simply because they're not popular, the popular players already moved to top leagues. Only scouters and people who work in football do care with Brazilian league.

Yes Real Madrid will always be the favorite simply because of there pas records I mean there history in football but currently they are somehow far from what they were known for. It is possible that they might defeat Dortmund it is also possible that Dortmund might defeat them because the club word cup is very hard to predict I don't know if it is lack of interest or something but one thing I know for sure is that if Real Madrid doesn't improve or play better than they have been playing in this tournament then Dortmund wining them is possible I mean very possible and the new Real Madrid coach is still trying to fix himself and the team which I believe will take him a little time but the good news is that Mbbape is back.

Despite the fact that football is unpredictable, Dortmund will not prevent Real Madrid from winning because, even when they have more quality players than they have today, Real Madrid always beats them. Dortmund has a fighting mentality and even though they concede many goals, they will not give up until the final whistle. They also have a great striker who has two goals in this competition so far, so the Real Madrid defense will not underestimate Guirassy, who takes advantage of every opportunity.

I agree with you that Xabi Alonso will go a long way to get the confidence of the players using his new tactic, but this tournament is enough for both Alonso and the players to adjust to the new strategy. However, Xabi Alonso is doing a great job and I really like his coaching system. When Mbappe returned from injury, another manager would have benched Gonzalo against Juventus, but he believed in the player and started him, securing the winning goal for Real Madrid.

My favourites for the semi finals:

So it is pretty much the same with most people.    I'm not very confident about all of them though. The Al-Hilal one seems like the riskiest.

They technically pushed Manchester City out of the tournament. But we never know what they will do here. They haven't faced a Brazilian team in the tournament yet.

I'm not too worried about Al Hilal because even though they have never played against a team from the Brazilian league I think in the hands of Inzaghi they can overcome it later. What I'm worried about is Chelsea and PSG, Chelsea have lost to Flamengo before, representatives from the same league that they will face in the quarter-finals later. PSG opponent is Munich, we know Munich is not a small team. It seems a reasonable bet is under / over for their match.

You seem to have gotten something mixed up. Bayer Leverkusen is not participating in the Club World Cup at all it looks like you confused them with Bayern. And Bayern did not beat Monterrey they beat Flamengo, while Monterrey defeated Borussia Dortmund. In general there is quite a bit of confusion around this.

I agree that Real should beat Borussia Dortmund. They have done very well in the transfer market, and are clearly stronger now. Their defense has been reinforced, and several defenders have returned to training after injuries. I do not know if Carvajal and Militao will play, but they are already back on the bench. So yes I agree, that Real should defeat Dortmund. As for Bayern I think it is going to be very tough for them against PSG, and I am not sure if they will be able to beat them.

I really don't understand you? Cause why would any of them care for the trophy less, I mean it's a football competition where money is also tagged to the trophy so it's obvious that they would all want to get their hands on the trophy and nothing more because that's the basic essence of the competition so saying PSG doesn't really care is a rather bogus statement cause I believe all the teams in that competition including PSG wants to be world champions.

FIFA Club World Cup is having interesting history with 21st edition is currently playing in the USA while Real Madrid is the most successful club with 5 titles and Spain is having 8 total titles Brazil and England having 4 each just 4 for other countries.

Al Hilal was runner-up in 2022 Fluminense lost to Manchester City in last edition of this event. After early exit of few big names now it's not easy to predict about winner but still I am expecting some surprises in coming matches with PSG can go through as well, or we will be having Real Madrid not sure but now after end of early rounds situation is interesting any team can win this title but first time fans have some good interest due to 32 teams participation.

No, I don't think so, but maybe one of them can make it through to the final, and if I were to guess, I would say Fluminense. Palmeiras chances of progressing is very slim, but they can still pull some surprises against Chelsea. Whichever one makes it to the final will pray not to face PSG, because PSG is the best team in Europe right now, and I believe they'll beat any of them in the final.
