I didn’t want jump on this one, after my losses over the weekend, had to let this slide but, if I were to predict, my prediction would have been Arsenal 1:2 Real Madrid which would have been so wrong. Arsenal was in no room to let Real Madrid come and beat them at their home. They were spot on with their play and even the free kicks were not left out. Rice with that free kick was the hight of it and nothing Real Madrid did today could work for them. They’ve got a lot of work to do in the second leg now.

The email itself does not conclusively state what the person did. Could have been having multiple accounts, abusing bonuses, manipulating the casino using other tools to his advantage, evading ban etc. I think it's much better you are crystal clear about the terms that have been breached.

There is a problem though. Betpanda does not reply at askgamblers when being asked to show proof of their findings. 2 complaints in the past 2 weeks have been marked as unresolved because betpanda stopped replying and didn't provide any information/proof about what the player supposedly did wrong, which is kinda sad and not how it's supposed to be.

If you don't tell the player what the problem is, which is already bad enough, at least show it to an unbiased 3rd party to make a fair ruling. Hope they will sort this out.

Blocking and forfeiting the winnings is not the problem, especially if the user abused the casino. The issue is not being clear about what exactly the person did. This is the same thing 1xbit used to do and we would complain about it here over and over again.

Just put yourself in the same situation. You are using an exchange or casino and then out of nowhere, it gets blocked. You are asked to carry out KYC verification, which you do, but then the team concludes that your account has been closed for Breach of the terms and condition without even specifying what exactly you breached. How would you feel?

Upon reading your comment I went straight to the ask gambler site to check betpanda ratings and amount of open accusations against them and for sure I saw two unresolved cases and one resolved case, so for me at think the main problem is with betpanda communication methods, not replying or given details on cases can spick doubts in the mind of gambler's so for sure I believe I wish they change in that direction.

There is nothing wrong with being straight up with the user and telling them what wrong exactly they did. They lose absolutely nothing. It's not like they are supposed to report every detail of the technicals they used to uncover the abuse by the culprit.

It's quite disappointing to me that Betpanda has yet to respond there. Clearly this won't be a professional behaviour. Again, this won't be a professional casino behaviour anyway. Each of the accusations should be handled professionally on the forum. Otherwise, it will be hard to sustain for a casino in the long time. An official representative should be assigned to the forum to maintain the official thread and handle scam accusations raised on the forum. Just create an announcement and leave, as it won't be good for the casino. Because it will look like a dead announcement thread.
