I know. Just saying they should/could use dynamic rewards. A player the only plays sports or originals (like me) shouldn't be "rewarded" with free spins. You could take a more personalized approach and give players a reward that fits their playing style, you know what I mean? Something like a free bet or similar instead of free spins to a person that not once played a slot with their own money.

I think Betpanda should start taking complaint resolution so seriously. I don't know if they take time to read this thread, but if they do then they should be able to see my reply. I have just checked on casinoguru and askgamblers and their ratings seem to be going don every other time all because they don't want to respond to issues

I have received these free spins 3 times until now from Betpanda. The first time it was given on 'Fire in the Hole 2' slot game, where I won $0.28 from 20 free spins. This bonus is huge and $20 for sport is somewhat good enough not to let us slide away and just as PZ have advice, why not contact support or the betpanda representative to know exactly the step to take to claim the $40 bonus before it expires as you mentioned, and 22 hours is already a long time ago and actions should have been taken by now.

Imo, you should have contacted their customer support and asked them if the bonus is still available and didn’t expire and what you should do to claim it.

It is reasonable that there is a claiming period after that your bonus will become invalid. I don't have experience with Betpanda and their marketing programs, fro example bonus program, but if they have such terms, I agree with them.

If they have such term and mention it clearly in their bonus or marketing programs' terms, as well as have at least one time of warning message for program participants or even after those participants are eligible for such bonuses, I see they do all necessary steps to inform their users and program participants about that.

On user and participant side, if they ignore all those information, and miss claiming period, it's their responsibility and surely after time is over, Betpanda team can not help anything.

Normally the dealer draws to 17, right? In this hand I was standing at 15 while the dealer had a 6. Next card for the dealer was an ace, so he had 17, but he kept drawing cards and busted.



Maybe that's not a bug and just some other rule I don't know about, but I am pretty sure it is.
