Exactly, we should not underestimate a case just because it is posted by newbies, we should realize that we all here starting from newbie account when we came to this forum for the first time.

I completely disagree with the bold part here. A casino won't gain anything by making false accusations against a different casino. We don't consider a complaint as valid which doesn't have any proof. However, I have seen some users to make false and funny accusations against the casino after losing their funds unexpectedly.
