The TOS clearly states that KYC may be asked at any time. On the one hand, it defies the term anonymous as misleading, but I'm believing that it's stated because KYC isn't asked directly and may never be asked, and due to allowing VPNs, something that isn't offered by all casinos. Trust me, you're not the only one, it has also occurred to me because I don't login on my account every single day, but I also tend to forget about any promotional emails that I receive.
