Usually, when I forget my password, I just need to forget it and enter my registered email address, and I'll quickly receive a verification code to change it. However, having to contact support can be a bit of a hassle, especially if the support response is a bit slow.

This could be a self-criticism of the casino, which could simplify the process. I'm sure this is due to their priority on security, but if it's too difficult, they should simplify it. I've never made any changes here, so I'm new to the process.
It is always uncomfortable, inconvenient and trouble-some to lose your password and have to use password recovery procedure that can work promptly or can take quite long time.

Passwords are important and you must create unique and strong passwords.
Backup your passwords to avoid password forget in the future and need of going to trouble-some password recovery procedure.

You can use many password managers, must prioritize open source softwares to create and store your password backups.

At first, I often forgot my passwords because I had so many passwords for accessing so many sites and other things that required passwords. But now I've created my own password, and I'm confident that only I know it. You could say we have to create our own code, and only we know it.

Regardless, we should always remember our password on website that we deposit money.

It is really sad to face these issues from such a casino platform. Betpanda is promoting them in various ways and proving that they are providing a good enough service and it is gradually becoming popular but if their site has such a bug then it will definitely disappoint their users and force them to leave their platform. So these issues should be taken very seriously and resolved quickly. Since this has happened to you it means that this is happening to many which is completely disappointing for such a platform

Went through my spam box, set my email list to focus on the primary, all mails, social and important corner and still nothing. I’m sure there is some explanation to this though.

There are many factors of delay of receiving an email. And most affecting cause of it is internet either the sender's end or the receiver's end. And another thing can can cause that is the server from the sender's end or the email server. If any of them is down then receiving email would be delayed.
And other more things or factors.

You know what, I have done many trials where I bet on the highest odds in a lot of live soccer matches (with very less amount) and almost all the time I have seen a profit. But still, I dont want to go that route because of the mirage of low odds = guaranteed win  Grin
I don't usually bet on soccer, so I can't say much about it. But I had a similar experience with an Italian basketball league last May or June. I was so sure a specific team would win, the odds were around 1.1XX in the last quarter, but they ended up losing, and I lost most of my balance, lol. Luckily, I managed to bounce back the next day by betting on a different league with higher odds that was 7.xx odds i guess, and its a margin-based bet, and it worked out.

Many have been losing a lot of money in Football when they think they have a guaranteed victory, but they forget that betting is not a fact that the Result is already in,  but rather predictions point to the most probable case, that does not mean that it is the Absolute reality, money is lost due to excessive confidence and in betting, in casinos you cannot have extreme confidence, much less in winning.

I am having the same issue of not receiving password reset email despite being sent over 24 hours ago, i read in previous week when someone had this issues, at that time it worked for me, but since yesterday i tried again because i cant remember my password, now am stuck here.

Hope the team will jave a look at this emails password reser issue and make the system work like every other casinos that we have around, to allow users change password through email effortlessly.

Internet is not a problem for sure. What i observed is I never receive any promotional email anymore, which i usually did like every once a week i receive one. The last time i receive promotional email was July 18 and its already few weeks already. There should be a problem from their email API or server.

From my understanding, there's something wrong with the email provider or the automated system that distributes the emails for promotions etc. As PX-Z also mentioned, I'm also not receiving any promotional emails for the past few weeks, so there's certainly something wrong. It might not be a major issue, but it should have been fixed by now. Hopefully it will be resolved soon, but till then, the password reset process will have to go through their support team.

Emails can come later than expected and you can get this issue with centralized exchanges and confirmation code for your withdrawal request too. There is delaying time but usually it is not too long waiting time and users can request a new code that can come instantly without delay than previous attempts.

Losing access to an account is uncomfortable experience and getting trouble with recovery process is more troublesome. It is not expected by any user as they would like to recover access to their accounts as fastest as possible. Sometimes it relates to their urgent need of submit a withdrawal request and it sucks if the recovery email can not come promptly by technical issues from an email service provider.

They can work to fix the issue and even contact the service provider for escalating support. If issues repeatedly occur, a serious consideration of changing email service provider to a new provider is reasonable. It does not make sense to continue using a provider that can not provide good service and fail to resolve its service's technical issues many times.

I haven't tried it, and I don't have a need to, as I'm still fine with my password. Of course, we always have to remember our passwords, because when we change them, we usually have to use something we've never used before, and honestly, that adds to the length of the password I have to remember. That happened to me before, making it incredibly difficult to remember them all.

Well, it's not a big deal if the response is very fast, and that's actually what we're focused on. Whatever it is, we definitely want a fast process.

Well, it's true that in the last few weeks Betpanda has not been offering promotions via email. Is this still under their control? They should fix this immediately because promotions are an important way for customers to find out about them.

The issue of receiving the email late may be due to some problem in their backend. This is not a big problem and can be done quickly. There are many factors of delay of receiving an email. And most affecting cause of it is internet either the sender's end or the receiver's end. And another thing can can cause that is the server from the sender's end or the email server. If any of them is down then receiving email would be delayed.
And other more things or factors.
Internet is not a problem for sure. What i observed is I never receive any promotional email anymore, which i usually did like every once a week i receive one. The last time i receive promotional email was July 18 and its already few weeks already. There should be a problem from their email API or server.
There is likelihood that you may have not subscribed to emails notifications while creating your betpanda account and for that reason you dont receive promotional and other emails from betpanda, you should contact support and let tgem know you have emails reception issues to get it activated so you dont jeep missing out of bonuses and promotional offers.

Alot is going on with the email thing on Betpanda lately there habe been delayed emails just like we complained about the password reset email thing not getting through to players on demand, similar thing could be the reason for not receiving those emails you used to receive before.

But just like i said we just speculating the possible reasons why their stopped your email's notifications, still that why you need to reach to support to know whats up with that.
