Ancelotti dismissal stemmed from his failure to compete with Barcelona in La Liga and his failure in the Champions League. I feel your pain and I must admit that sports betting can be quite frustrating when they don give the expected results. So many games that went down on Wednesday should have made one win but it's just annoying that the options you select may not be the option they comes out. Take for instance a situation where you give PSG straight win but they ended up in a draw. If quiting would help, maybe you should do it.
 Arsenal seem to be doing well but like I said in one of my replies, I just hope that this fine form the Gunners are displaying both in the UCL and EPL, if they don't win any title, Arteta should be shown the door.

Draws are usually rated at around 3+, a Newcastle win was probably rated at 2+. It's perfectly normal that you didn't guess the outcomes, with odds like these, even a losing streak of 8-10 games is completely normal. You also have to take into account that these are group stage games where the result is not so important, because the teams are now prioritizing their national championships. Serious games will only start with the playoffs, and even then, maybe only in the return games.
