Because you underrated top La Liga teams on the other side that's what makes you say Arsenal has the easiest route to the final. I know Arsenal has had strongest performance in the champions league this season, because Arsenal is the only team that keep unbeaten record throughout the group stage, but I don't think they will escape this route to the final because Bodo/Glimt and Barcelona will be well prepare for them.

Both Chelsea and PSG are struggling now, and the reason Luis Enrique is eager to play Chelsea is because of the disappointment he faced in the Club world cup final, which he wants to take revenge by all means. But in my opinion PSG is the favorite because I don't trust Liam Rosenior pattern as challenge for PSG.

Real, Man City, Bayern - only one of them will make it to the semi-final. Whoever it will be, will probably be the favourite to win.

Arsenal, on paper, has the easiest road to semi-finals. I don't expect them to have much trouble defeating Leverkusen and later either Sporting or Bodo. So if I had to point out the most likely winner, it would be Arsenal.
Barcelona is also in a decent spot. Newcastle can be a bit unpredictable, but Barcelona will be a big favourite, and later they will likely to face Atletico, as Tottenham have been far from their best form recently.

As for gut feeling, I think Bayern could make it. They have a really good season this year and are capable of defeating any team.

I have check their place in the Premier league and compare what Barcelona is doing at their Laliga and it's not close to what Barcelona is doing. Normally, Champions League has this uniqueness they bring that's different from other leagues but there is nothing Newcastle will bring that is going to be new to Barcelona. They will defeat them without any dragging, Barcelona doesn't joke when it comes to the Champions League in the knockouts stage.

The feature between Manchester City and Real Madrid has always brings controversy which need to be addressed. We can't be having this two teams paired together, it has been for long time, let's them make it fair atleast maybe put one team on the other side to see if there is going to be a chance for both teams to meat in the final. Maybe Champions League and fifa doesn't want this two teams to meet in the final that's why they paired them at this stage.

I can't say for sure whether this is the right season for Arsenal to win the Champions League, but what I can say is that they have a clear path to at least the semi-finals. In the round of 16, they will face Bayern Leverkusen, and in the quarter-finals, either Sporting or Bodo Glimt.
Obviously, they are among the favourites, but anything is possible in the Champions League. Just look at how Inter Milan got knocked out, for example.

Arsenal's path does look pretty good. They should definitely knock out Leverkusen. After that, they'll most likely face Sporting and that match-up shouldn't be too hard by quarter final standards.
In the semi final, it looks like they'll face either Barcelona or Atletico. Normally I'd see Barca as the favorite, but considering how they've played this season against Atletico, I think their chances are pretty close.

PSG are far from their best when they won the Champions league thanks to their inconsistencies this season and while they will be eager to get revenge, Chelsea is not like we were then our defensive is far weaker then and our attacks has been missing clinical chances even our star man Palmer.

I'm not even speaking of our inconsistencies that is more annoying than that of PSG including this season. In this game the victor will more likely will be PSG. I don't want to hope on an under dog story especially after seeing how terrible our backline has been this season, we seriously miss Levi Colwill.

I don't see this as an easy route for Arsenal because if Arsenal is able to enter the semi final, they will be facing Barcelona and this is not going to be an easy match for them. The route they placed Arsenal can be assume to be an easy one if Arsenal will beat Barcelona, they will be able to enter the final match with Manchester City or Chelsea.

It’s an interesting draw Arsenal has found themselves in. I wouldn’t be so quick to underestimate these teams in the Arsenal group. Indeed Arsenal's route is easier, the matches that will regarded as a challenge is the one they will have to face at the semi-finals, Nevertheless underate no club, anything can happen, even small clubs kick big clubs out.
As for Chelsea vs PSG im not sure anyone will be able to predict the winner of that match,of cause we all know how Chelsea play their ball, wins unexpected, losses unexpected as well, but the club is a strong club anyway and I do know that they can win PSG even as PSG can win them too

I pretty much agree with everything you said. I still see Bayern as the best team in this Champions League together with Arsenal so if the German team gets eliminated Arsenal could really make it. But in that case they would probably have to face Manchester City, and Arsenal always have problems against them. It would be nice to see Arsenal win since they never won the cup.
