It's now well known that in football when a team doesn't work it's always the coach's fault, the management is almost never questioned, they just put in the money.
But money doesn't solve "human" problems if there is no harmony if it is a continuous exchange of players like you do with trading cards, there can be no continuity.
Basically Chelsea have a strong team, changing maybe two or three players (without spending crazy amounts) on paper could have a not indifferent squad, but performance numbers are one thing, how they perform on the pitch is another.

And i don't know what happened to this guy because they have been doing well but all of a sudden a lot of things changed and and even the one last title is no like they can win it and they use to be another club that is feared because, they can give you a tough time when you are playing against them but no they are even sure about them self so there is more reasons why they need to get more players that will help the club because Newcastle have money to even buy any player they want but they need to calm down and come up with something better this season except that they will remain and nothing will change.

I think the club's system has changed to one of investing in as many young players as they can afford and as many as are allowed. And all this changed after the change in ownership of the club. It was during the Todd Boehly era that everything changed. This team has many young players. But don't get me wrong, this team has also been quite successful in its investments. Because in every transfer window, this team not only buys many young players, but they also sell some at higher prices. Because the club's owners are now savvy businesspeople. so, it's only natural that their main focus continues to be on doing business through the buying and selling of players in the transfer market. Some have been successful, and some have not. But as far as I can see, the team has indeed succeeded in gathering young, promising players. The issue is that any coach who comes here will inevitably face some difficulty in allocating playing time for the players in the squad. Sorry to ask what is it you want from the board exactly? Like if we should talk of the board that act fast in the English premier league in terms of decision making i think the Chelsea board should come first in that so what more can you ask of them? Like they literally buy any player demanded by any of their manager so i don't really think the fault is coming from the board but the manager and the players the fact is they need to step up their game they've got some pretty good players that could have delivered the team in all aspects but they are failing in their job and you want to blame the board.

We can't really be so sure about anything. Football and s ups and down. For Madrid, they can even do better in the upcoming matches, no one knows. They can also drop even lower than they are performing now. Barcelona might look so good, but might disappoint, no one is fully trusted. We saw Chelsea struggling to win matches last season in the conference league, but went ahead to win it and then grew and also progressed to win the FIFA club world cup, playing the finals with the champions league winners, PSG, while Arsenal who won real Madrid home and away last season were kicked out of the completion, winning nothing in both domestic leagues. Football is just mad and difficult to predict rightly. Well, form the beginning of the season til now I was expressing only one opinion which is Real Madrid will end up the season trophy less because winning a trophy requires a team strength, despite Real Madrid not having any good potential although they have very good attacking player but still some of midfield lacking make them little bit hazzy and honestly this was my argument for day 1 til now. First Xabi Alonso did also of hai best but nothing works and now Arbeloa is try to a better results but unfortunately he also feeling the lacking as Xabi Alonso have.....

So right now Real Madrid have knocked out of the Copa del Rey by the second division side Albacete, and in league the lose tomorrow against Getafe and give a 4 point advantage to Barcelona and in UEFA champions league they will face Manchester city which is probably a bit difficult. Why record defeats against Getafe. This was supposed to be one of the important points to grab victory but they relent and settle for defeats. This is not the Real Madrid we all rooting to compete with Barcelona for the La Liga title. They're quite not efficient to handle the difficult tasks coming their way. .

The la Liga getting more tense and favorites now fall on Barcelona. They've been quite remarkable and winning games comes easy. Hansi Flick doing a great job and winning oppositions with the proper strategies. Barcelona will not hold back and concentrate more on winning streaks this season.

The list of injuries suffered by Real Madrid is one of the reasons for their inconsistent performance in achieving the desired results. Losing to Getafe yesterday in La Liga seems to suggest that Santiago Bernabeu is no longer a daunting place for other teams.

No matter how a team plays poorly, the management always blames the manager first and foremost before even thinking that the problem is actually from them. Chelsea have good players in their team that one won’t even think that they’d be playing this poorly. They need a total revamp in their team if their condition doesn’t improve sooner. Chelsea will be playing with their position of maintaining the top four positions to enable them get to the champions league next season, they need to fight hard to finish the league in a very good position.
