We can see quite a good growth, the company's network has 20,000 users and almost 19,000 farmers, and over the past year the company has achieved steady growth every month.
While other coins are just adding zeroes to a wallet, Storj has a real purpouse and
real-world use. That is why if properly managed, Storj has almost 100% chance to
gain value by replacing some of the cheap cloud solutions, just like
laptops replaced some of the desktops, then tablets replaced some of the laptops.
It's called segmentation.
What bothers me, is:
1. That when the BTC drops, also the stored
number of shards on my drive also drops.
Why are they linked? Are the customers paying exclusively
with crypto? ideas?
2. Storj dev team "forgot" their farmers for three months in a row.
This is a test of faith and loyalty for both - farmers and devs.
However Storj dev team count on farmers to be the backbone of the network,
while none of the farmers counts on Storj to bring food on their table.
Dev team, how long until new payment system is implemented.
Please sched some light on the progress.
Thanks!
