Several months ago, we informed the Storj community that we would end SJCX to STORJ conversions on November 29 - a deadline that was extended several times to meet the needs of token holders. We’ve received a few requests from individuals who were unable to convert their tokens for various reasons in spite of the ample time allotment. Our team is working with these token holders to convert their SJCX tokens to the new ERC20 STORJ tokens.

Hello, I tried to make my convertion today but it didn't work, I already wrote a mail to this adress but still have no answer. Is it normal or do I need to send it back ? I don't want to loose my tokens...

I finaly got a mail about the convertion :

"We will reopen the converter for a limited time beginning Wednesday, December 13 at 1:00 PM ET (6:00 PM UTC +0) and ending Friday, December 15 at 7:00 PM ET (Saturday at midnight UTC +0) so you can convert your tokens."

It means that we will have more than 72 hours to convert the tokens. Thank you for that

I made the conversion few hours ago, it was really well explained and easy to do. Now I woke up and found my tokens into my wallet, so I need to say : thank you team it worked perfectly.

I think for too long the price has not gone up significantly, maybe investors need one or more clarity about the direction of this project.

When you refuse to (permanently) help with swaps, you basically defraud early investors who may not have the time or circumstances to currently pay attention. I hold none of the old storjx so this does not even personally affect me, I just find it to be incredibly unkind.

$300 Million Lockup: Storj Clarifies Token Plans

One of the oldest and most notable token projects is taking steps to offer its community clarity on how it manages the funds it holds in its own network. Revealed exclusively to CoinDesk, the blockchain-based file storage network Storj is announcing it will lock-up of 245 million tokens it has in reserve (valued at more than $300 million at press time) for another six months. The more I Storj the more I think it is bad project.
1) Lack of any transparent profit calculator is awful. You know nothing how much you earn.
2) Extremely amateurish and hidden way of earned coins distribution. Some idiotic spreadsheets, no exact dates of distribution. No clear understanding what is earned for what. You only see that you earned some cents for huge drive capacity you've provided and that's all.
3) No normal analogue of blockexplorer, no site where I can get clear and understandable information. This is frustrating.
4) This f'king eth token instead of normal coin. For what this connection is needed? I hate eth and I don't want to use it. I don't have "gas". But I cant move my storj without it. Idiotizm.

It's sad that there are no good projects with HDD "mining" of some sort.

An Announcement about STORJ Token Lock-ups

When our team at Storj Labs architected the STORJ token sale, our goal was to ensure we had enough runway to realize our grand vision: to build the largest, fastest, most secure, decentralized cloud storage platform in the world. To accomplish this lofty goal, we created a reserve of 245 million tokens we could use in the future to fuel the growth of our network. These tokens were placed into a six-month lock-up to be used at a later date.

Same here, lost significant amount of data. Also for one server I received the payment and for the other one not yet. Payments should be quicker and more transparent. Weekly payments instead of monthly delayed Would be a big step forward.

I think also Storj shall do something better in the payout system for the hoster. I am moving more and more to Sia. Sia is better for hoster due to payment is al ont the blockchain but havethe disadvantage of collateral

By the way when will november payout proced ?
