It could be that Malawi might win this trophy and it will be a historic event for them that on their first appearance, the won the WAFCON as the new women champions of African football. Do you not think it is symbolic. They started by winning the women champions of  African football to getting to the finals and lifting trophy as the new winner's of WAFCON.
Also, it would be an express ticket to the world cup tournament for them by the virtues of them winning the WAFCON. This is what we have been longing for yet the last opportunity for our girls to clinch to the ticket, they messed up. Anyways this is not the end of the tournament, there would be another next season and I hope it goes well with our female national team.

Malawi's hope of winning the WAFCON in their first appearance has been dashed. Cameroon have shown that they are the better side, scoring three goals. Ngah Manga got a brace while the third goal was scored by Eto. I was thinking about the potency of the Chawinga sisters, who have been dangerous in most of their games. But they have not made much impact today. It would take a miracle for the Malawian side to get back into the game. It's great that the Indomitable Lionesses are winning this WAFCON for the first time after finishing as runners-up three times.

I am really enjoying the match, I thought Malawi will win this match because of their Chawinga sisters, Tabitha Chawinga and Temwa Chawinga, but what is happening right now is amazing match. Chawinga sisters are still playing well in the match but the defense of the Malawi is not encouraging them. But now after the 3rd goal, Malawi have improved on their defense and it is deficult for Cameroon to score now if not if they were playing like the first half, Cameroon would have scored like 5 goals by now.

This will be a historical match for Cameroon.

It just remains few minutes or seconds as of the time I'm writing this comment for Cameroon and Malawi match to end, and Cameroon are currently leading Malawi 4-0, they scored their fourth goal in extra time when no one even expect them to score another goal. I knew Cameroon will beat Malawi but I didn't expect Malawi be an easy opponent for Cameroon.

The match ended 3:0 in favour of Cameroon. The last goal was not awarded so it stopped at 3:0, Malawi has been good so far but experience is one of the things that made them to lose today against Cameroon, the coach of Cameroon and his players studied their game play they capitalized on their errors to punish them there by scoring 3 goals before the halftime that alone is enough to weaken the team's strength so it made Cameroon to win the match with zero stress. Everyone was expecting a tough game but after the first 30 minutes winner of the game was already decided.

The WAFCON that started with the unfavourable opinions on Cameroon in wining the trophy has turn out that the season was actually for the first time in favour of them, it wasn't a goal they got easily but they actually saw far more challenging matches they didn't imagine but conquering is what they never hesitated. Malawi was below my thoughts in them because having been on several stages they were fierce enough to be strong against any country but on this match I couldn't believe what I was seeing because they were always on a dangerous attacks at every possession of Cameroon. By the time Malawi began to improve on their defense 3:0 was already on them so it was a late peak for Malawi.

I was engaged with some serious activities so I didn't calm down to watch the match it was  after I was done with what I was doing at hand so I had to re watched the match very well and I also played some of the highlights of the match in youtube. The three goals that malawi conceded was a defensive error and it was their fault. Their defense was too porous that is why Cameroon was able hit their goal post and scored three goals.
Cameroon missed several goals chances in an attempt to score because if they had utilise their chances I think they could have scored more than that three goals. Malawi that I rooted my support for really disappointed me, I don't know what came over them that they couldn't play well against the Cameroon to an extend that they concede three goals.
