The social media manager handling the Super Falcons X page is very funny. He/She posted the scores at half time but refused to post the full time results because Super Falcons lost the match as if people can’t get the information elsewhere.
IMO the coach was the problem today, his defensive strategy didn’t do the team any good at all. Also, how do you sub off your best player when you need goals. Although is not all the time they update it fast because sometimes you will see it later after the match but I don't think he had other reason not to. I can't believe they lost Quarter Final and still came to this nation playoff to repeat the same humiliation of the quarter finals. Super falcon has use one season and loss both WAFCON and women world Cup, this has never happen to this team before, actually you are right NFF shouldn't think of considering the coach because of his years achievement in the club otherwise they would expect something like this in another season, imagine when they began to get serious on South Africa after conceding 2 goals.

Before this current AFCON tournament, I always enjoyed Falcons games because they played with determination and purpose, but watching this current competition makes me conclude that Nigeria has happened to them and they no longer cared much about bringing the glory home. Maybe they lost motivation and obviously they lost focus, but this has to be their worst outing in a major competition I ever watched. Morocco vs Africa and Africa won. I supported Kamerun to win that match and I m going to support Kamerun to win the WAFCON title. Though Chawinga sisters are saving Malawi and I also have two major players who can save kamerun from Malawi which are the Goalkeeper Michaely Bihina and Maeva Nyadjou who gave the scoring goal to remove the Super Falcons from the competition. This will be a fierce battle but I am predicting Kamerun to win.

I read they've made a statement apologizing for crashing out in the WAFCON. In all of these the one that gets me annoyed is the fact that the Falcons were not able to qualify for the World cup, same thing with the super Eagles, now it's the U17. Amaju Pinnick had his own fair share of incompetence, but trust me Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau the current NFF President is a disaster, how these guys are selected for this jobs is the most opaque elections I've ever noticed. Our national heroes and people that have represented us in various competitions find it very difficult to emerge in some of these prestigious positions that can help change our football situation.

I won’t want to believe that there is a reason behind the defeat of the Super Falcons by Cameroon because to me no matter how good a team is they won’t always win, even top and consistent teams in the world have lost one or two matches before so at least let’s encourage the super falcons they have done well, if it is only them that keep on winning the trophy every season it will make the tournament boring, let another team win so it will be more competitive, it will also make the super falcons prepare more next time.

One key reason why i will be rooting for Cameroon in the finals despite the fact that they were the team that knocked us out of the tournament is the fact that the keeper has been incredible and definitely deserve a chance of leading her team to winning the cup. that Cameroon has made it this far is partly a function of the saves and effort she made as the goalie. she is a star and deserves to wear the crown. all her team has to do is to ensure they take all the chances that comes their way and try to protect her as much as they can and the rest will be a sure guarantee that she is going to deliver her unit as the last woman standing at their back. Malawi as an underdog can not be underrated on their own end because they surely will want to prove a serious point that they are in for something really big.

I think that's the reason why the Malawi are the favourite to win this match because they have extraordinary players and their performance so far in this competition has been exceptional. And like you have said earlier that the Malawi needs to play extraordinarily to defeat the Cameroon, have the Malawi not be playing extra ordinarily in this competition?. Yes the Cameroonian do have a great goalkeeper, maybe you also don't know that the Malawi are good goals scorers.  Malawi has scored 12 goals in this tournaments,Temwa alone has scored 5 goals. Cameroon Goalkeeper should be worried of Temwa and Tabitha because they're very deadly in scoring goals.

I have been following the tournament from the onset of it. Malawi is good but Kamerun is going the beat them and with the trophy. .ow from the both sides. Malawi has a strong striking forces but lack strong defense and goalkeeper but Cameroon has strong defense with good goalkeeper weak striking force. Now what makes a football team outstanding is the striking force. But if the weak strikers struggle to enter a weak defense area, that is a goal.

The overall performance of the two teams are all good but tactically Cameroon has the winning chances in the final match.

Although I understand perhaps is because of how finals ends sometimes right, being a deserving team doesn't win match, football is game between two opponents, they have to slug it out, although it is your opinion and also your right to support the team you like, for me, I'm not supporting either of them, both team should show working in the final on Sunday, after the match, then I will congratulate the winner that's what I can say.

The team that knocked out the Super Falcons, that is, the Cameroonian team, has to be the team to be cautious of in this competition because they are moving with that confidence. The super falcons really have dominated this game and I am still surprised that they could not qualify for the women's world cup tournament and they didnt play to their full potential in this wafcon probably because other teams have solved them or they are very confident and didn't put in more effort to perform well for this tournament. And for Cameroon and Malawi, they have done so well in this tournament and they both deserve the title but the final will be a tough one for both teams but at the end, they will the best team will emerge.

I think Malawi stand a better chance of winning the trophy than Cameron. Malawi may not have a strong defence like you said but they are more at advantage because they have a strong midfield that can be able to penetrate the defense of Cameron. No Matter how strong Cameron defense maybe, there is still chances for the Malawi club to break it and to win them. One major issue with Cameron club is that they have a weak midfield and the possibility of making it to the front line in other to score maybe very hard for them.

From the looks, it seems the glory days of Falcons is over. The Falcons reigned supreme for a decade as the African champions back to back but they failed to bring in new players to be a able to retain the baten just like this set of players were brought into the team the previous set to maintain the legacy while they had not hanged their boot.
The match between South Africa and Nigeria was a clear indicator of the lapses Falcons had during the tournament and now it costed their world cup ticket which means there is likely no world cup for Nigeria anymore. The coach should analyse his mistakes and take corrections. He managed the team for year's and won trophies back to back. He should not allow pride to eat deep into him or else he will loose his place.
