Was hoping for a 3rd this new years weekend. 2 in a day is a pretty damn fine way to start the year off here on mmpool!

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I still cant understand why this pool is better than other. Because of luck or merged mining?
Can someone please explain (i have 3.2 Th power and i`m kind of new in sha256 mining)
it is not better all of the time. we went from july to sept with no blocks. but since then we had not had long blockless periods of time. the safest most steady pool is https://www.f2pool.com/the are paying .0118 a th every day so you would earn 3.2 x .0118 every day for now that is 0.03776 a day. I shift from that to this every few days. That's a poor payout. On average I earn more from other pools and I refuse to support these gigantic chinese pools. 0.037btc a day. That's just a fraction under $10USD a day. At 3.2thash, assuming older miners, most of that would go to pay electricity. If you want a pool with good PPS, use Bitcoin affiliate. They pay PPS plus a 10% bonus. Each day you can make 10.83 - 11USD per day at the current price of the btc. I don't know why people like to support these chinese pools, the pools which ARE KILLING cryptocurrency. Yes they sell you second hand hardware and provide 0 support for failed components and YES they dump every single BTC they mine for USD in a heart beat. BTC means absolute nothing to them. Making hardware, running it for 3 - 6 months then selling it for your hard earned USD is all they care about.

Not saying that is true but that is the reason given for the ban. but I decided to run 1 sp20 there for a while due to your post. I am still running around 35 th at mmpool

Just checked our your stats over on BFA Philip. That's a decent payout and there is no way any chinese pool will pay that. These guys are good over on BFA but with my power(too little), I can make more lucking out on other pools.

Can you change your difficulty level? It's set by the password for the miner. Use "d=x", replacing 'x' with something around your hash rate * 1.4. Currently your miner, if it's the userid I think it is, is doing about 20,000 share submissions a minute. Multiplying your current difficulty level by 100ish will at least drop it to 200 per minute. I really need to get automatic difficulty adjustment implemented...

@philipma1957: Thank you, i'm using your diff setting for my S3 at 400 and it's working fine now. What about Sp20? do you have a specific best difficulty number to be set?
Regards.

So if the hash rate is 1350 Gh/s, I enter a difficulty of 1890? ..and for rented hashes? Thanks!

If you do everything under one account name, set the difficulty to the sum of all the miners hash on that account. For rented power set it to the Gh/s times 1.4 that you are renting. It only has to be approximate. It reduces the number of solutions per second you send so helps with bandwidth for the pool and yourself, and the load. If you are getting an increase in rejects, you've probably set too low. If you're not seeing your hash rate stats update it's probably too high. The real solution is for me to implement variable difficulty automatically adjusted from the pool end which I'll do in the next update I think.
