(1) I noticed today that if one of my miners goes zombie (like U3s are apt to do), it takes a long, long time, >24 hours at least, for it's hash to disappear from reported averages. See below, after running all day with a zombied U3 it's still reporting 35gh/s ave instead of the 8gh/s that was actually happening. My U3 runs about 50gh/s, so you can see that after 16 hours it's still reporting 27gh/s average too high. Same thing for the global average in the upper right. (2) If I restart the miner without stopping cgminer, then it comes back at full power and it's hash gets added to the averages; it doesn't replace it's pre-zombie average. I think that if a machine goes zombie it's average hash should be removed from these displays. This would also make it easier to notice if a miner is down, because the global average would reflect it instantly.

Best bet download mobile miner from here http://www.mobileminerapp.com/Set up an account - Set the code in cryptoglance. Available in the latest build. Tools>Cryptoglance settings>mobile miner user email for Mobile miner mrsmith@anymail.com and code xxx-xxxx-xxx Option 2 port forward your router to the cryptoglance instance on port 4014.

@cryptoglance Looks like the miners are still loading up takes about a week or two. Like the API is loading up any / all miners go offline or hang. I know I should restart my miners every so often. But putting it out there if you have any ideas. Thanks

Hey Everyone, Just letting you know we're still around, just fairly busy. We're looking at this zombie device issue as closely as possible. All rig information displayed in cryptoglance is a result of the data provided by the cgminer/bfgminer API, which makes this a little difficult to resolve. Our current plan is to compare devices by serial number, however some asic devices (eg: gridseed and DualMiner) sometimes have the same serial number. We're still working on a solution for this, hopefully 1 more week and we can push out an updated Nightly build. As for the major release, tomorrow we will be moving the current beta to Major Release. Shortly after that (about a week) you'll see some more updates coming out. These updates will contain some functionality such as a Pool Picker panel ( http://poolpicker.eu/), and ability to minimize panels. Here's a screenshot:

Great, thanks for the update, looking forward to the new version! We're looking at this zombie device issue as closely as possible. All rig information displayed in cryptoglance is a result of the data provided by the cgminer/bfgminer API, which makes this a little difficult to resolve.
I noticed that the average is only additive in the global average box, not in the rig box. In the rig box when the zombie resets, the rig average is displayed correctly, but the global average box still shows high. Hopefully that helps narrow it down.

Just now I restarted my miner in CG since the U3 had gone zombie and it cleared the bunk contribution to the global average display. Next time I will try just resetting stats and see if that fixes it, too.

unfortunately with the pools they list you would make more just leaving your miner on antpool

With the downtime of Bitcointalk, we held back the release as this is the primary outlet of bug reports. Pool Picker is just a website that tracks pools and determines the highest payout

And I'm holding back my summer power down until I can minimize panels.

I had that problem, and here is the solution that was posted that worked for me (#2): First try these steps: 1) Run the app as administrator and try to update 2) If 1 doesn't work, Navigate to: C:\cryptroglance\application\. If there is an "update" folder, delete it and try to run the update again.

thanks lots. i make out problem, it's very stable now, however, if cryptroglance support to ccminer, it's perfect for all people!!! i thought many people hold nvidia cards ot mining after time, please consider it.

Sorry for the maybe stupid question but cryptoglance shows all my 4 S3 miners and the correct pool/hashspeed But I just tried for the first time to make a pool switch to the second pool in the list and nothings appears/changes after saving. Trying to make a restart ends in the same result. Looks like I have no remote control but all works fine if I do it on the miner webinterface. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
