I changed and saved an IP address in the CryptoGlance manage rig settings and now all rigs in the constant "loading data" state. Pools and wallets came up fine. Did I somehow corrupt user files and need to rebuild from scratch? Or, is there an easier fix? Using v2.2.1-beta.

miners.json looks fine

What version are you using, Windows or Linux? If you know how to access CryptoGlance via a web browser, use this url: YOUR.IP.GOES.HERE/ajax.php?type=rigs&action=update&cache=0

Please PM me the results.

I'm using the windows version.

When I go to http://MyIP/ajax.php?type=rigs&action=update&cache=0 I get 404 - Not found

Not sure if I'm doing right. The MyIP above is what I get from www.whatismyip.com.

With the windows app running, open a web browser and go to: http://127.0.0.1:4041/ajax.php?type=rigs&action=update&cache=0

I am using an R1 to control my U3, it has custom firmware by Crazyguy to reset the U3 and stop it from zombie.  Whenever this U3 reset happens the stats in CG "freeze" unless I click the dashboard button again to refresh all the panels.  Not sure if this is an issue that is addressable, but thought I would mention it anyway.

This is odd... I'll look into this. Sounds like some kind of javascript issue and not properly handling error messages returned from the cgminer API data.

Didn't seem to do anything at first, but when I closed the program and restarted, everything began working again and back to normal. Thanks for the great program and support! Will be sending donation after done evaluating if all works out.

I added bravo-mining.com using the MPOS pool option.

However there doesn't seem to be any information being propagated.

Have my API key and username in there correctly.

Any way from preventing cryptoglance from timing out? I mean after some time it logs itself out and brings me to the login page again.

It's possible they have disabled the API. MPOS's API can drastically slow down a server, so some pool OPs have disabled this.

This is built in for safety reasons, however it should keep you logged in for ~1 day

For me it doesn't not keep me logged in more than a few hours tops. I'm also using the windows version. Windows 7 machine with all the latest updates. Is there a setting file I can edit. I wonder what could be causing this. I should also mention that I'm running the latest _stable_ build.

Checked on this and the API is enabled.  I can also pull info directly using my API key no problem.

so i just upgraded to linux mint 17.3 and reset everything.. move to a larger drive..

anyway, when i try to redo the pools.. the form only gives me the pool name and the type.. no other spots.. if i hit save it says i have to fill out all forms.

im pretty sure im not doing anything different then what i done before..

Are your permissions correct?

I found all kinds of odd issues when mine were too strict.

You are missing fields for web address, user name, and API key, that's what the program is yelling at you about.

Beta doesn't let you enter in pull information. I found out the hard way.
