Dev, seems like Bitstars depost//withdrawal on Bittrex is a bit slow. It's been over 2 3 hours and I have yet to receive my coins.

It will sure give us a nice pump... but do we want that? think about it... I think there are almost only bagholders left... some will exit at 1k sat.. leaving new people with the bag... who might not be as patient IF bits gets dumped... driving the price down again... and we have too start growing all over again...

I agree with you somewhat. It'll be good to start attracting more people while there is something new coming.
Why shouldn't the dev let people know what he is working hard on? We are dealing with facts only anyways.

I emailed Bittrex support last night and this was the response:

"Hi,

Sorry for the delay. This transaction is now showing in the blockchain. Sometimes the wallets provide a txid but do not send the coins right away. We are looking into reasons why this would happen but believe its due to some forked code that exists in many of the wallets.

It will sure give us a nice pump... but do we want that? think about it... I think there are almost only bagholders left... some will exit at 1k sat.. leaving new people with the bag... who might not be as patient IF bits gets dumped... driving the price down again... and we have too start growing all over again...

I wouldn't call us bagholders because that implies failure. I would call us investors because we believe in this coin and it's developer. There's probably an opportunity to make a quick bit of profit off this coin, but as the developer has stated, this is not a pump and dump coin. He's in it for the long term, and if that's not what you're interested in, then you'll probably be disappointed.

That said, publicity is important and we could always use more of that, so subscribe to the subreddit, facebook page, and follow bitstar on twitter. Use the hashtags #BitStar and/or #BitStarCoin to spread the word. Vote for Bitstar on the exchanges. Send your ideas for this coin to the developer. All of these things help build a community and promote this hidden gem.
