what interests me is i was getting 0.01 to 0.2 per deposit every day with the older wallet its  only been since the new wallet update that it stopped about 5 hrs into syncing with the new wallet the 18/07 version thats why im very interested in the reasoning for stoppage and how long before i should pannnnnnnic ,

  i sent half of my collection to bittrex sold it all and purchased at a lower price nearly doubling my coins at the same time , moved it back to my wallet and then moved it to the new wallet , in 100 and 200 lots  , so it spread out the coins in a nice even manner ,  have they all been reset to 21 days again  if so wasnt there a solution in this update to fix the 24 hr  reset ?and recalibrate to 24hrs ...

 if thats the case how can i obtain a bunch of 21 day coins and test ?

.. the most two recent transactions in this wallet  are direct from the multipool something like 4.5k worth of coins ... i thought adding them would give the wallet a fair share of randomness

. i understand there maybe a few hiccups and patience is the key but the question is how long is to long before i can come back and still say nope not got it ...  a month 2 6 or a year?

For me, I get it once every 7-8 days or so. I only unlock once every few days as I hate dust payments also.

I have a dedicated server that was used for mining now its a 100% POS worker so the system is unlocked and has been staking since inception its like up to 302k in weight , that started at 19 on the 22nd of this month its adding about 50k per day on avg, i dont really mind dust payments just for the fact then i know something is coming in

HI Dev! Is there been problems with multipool lately? It were offline several hours maybe even half day. If its caused by updates I would like to be notified these problems in forum or something. Its like driving car blinded eyes if we don't know what is going on. I know you all are busy, but little communication don't harm anyone. Cheers, keep up the good work!

Sorry its not updates, its a glitch in the switching code and it keeps happening over night, and I have already diverted 2-3 days attention to it and delayed the wallet update.  So will finish the wallet code first and then finally fix the multipool, I'll keep restarting it when I notice it down in the mean time, but please feel free to let me know in the thread.

Please all make sure you have a fail over set.  "--failover-only -o backuppoolurl ...."

I would agree with that. I can understand if you need/want to sell for a number of reasons, but selling below 1K sat seems unnecessary and shortsighted.

Is it just me or is there something strange going on with the Bitstar network this morning? I left my PC on last night (like usual) and this morning I found that the wallet had zero connections to the network and was out of synch. This was the first time I've ever had that experience. Quit the wallet and restarted it, and now I have between 1-4 connections, and stuck around block 183459 but seem to be VERY slowly downloading blocks of the block chain. Anyone else experience any weirdness this morning?

Edit: Lost all my connections to the network again. Huh

This sounds a lot like what happened to me the other day. I lost connection and my wallet, for whatever reason, kept identifying good nodes as misbehaving ones and disconnected me. I ended up having to pull a bootstrap from a different wallet and use that to get back up and running.

Try to delete everything except the wallet.dat and redownload. Worked for me

Try deleting just peers.dat and restarting first, your client may still be trying to connect to users on the old wallet, but there now blocked from the network.

Try deleting just peers.dat and restarting first, your client may still be trying to connect to users on the old wallet, but there now blocked from the network.

Unfortunately deleting the peers.dat file wasn't enough. I had to delete everything but my wallet.dat, and .config file (which just contains the addnodes in it) and then re-sync. After that I saw that the majority of my coins were missing, so I went into the debug window and typed repairwallet. After a moment I got:

Code:
14:28:32   repairwallet

14:28:48   {
           "mismatched spent coins" : 2252,
           "amount affected by repair" : xxxxx
           }

where "xxxxx" showed the actual amount. After that I unlocked the wallet, and it started to stake like mad! Everything seems to be OK at this point, but man that last moment where most of my coins seemed to be missing was scary!  Shocked

Edit: I also have noticed a weird group of failed stakes starting on Friday the 25th up until I the time I finished re-syncing and unlocked my wallet again today in the transaction history (over 8,600 transactions).

BTW Bitstar_coin I noticed something. When I click the Unlock Wallet button in the lower right corner of the Overview tab, the pop-up window that asks for my password doesn't have the check-box to unlock for staking only. Yet when I click the Unclock Wallet button in the toolbar the check-box IS there. (I haven't checked the Unlock Wallet menu item in the Settings menu yet.) Is this a small bug?
