Surprising, but not entirely surprising. It was clear you were stepping on the toes of certain institutions; it's more disheartening, yet understandable, that you had to give in at this point. Surely, some Twitter keyboard heroes have already celebrated. Thou shalt not grant privacy! Yuck! The only hope left is that there will someday be another platform like eXch, though the chances are slim; for in truth, only eXch itself ever felt like eXch. Farewell, my dear! I'll definitely remember your service with a smile.

The eXch team has grown in respect for their decision to close down. The benefits that their platform has provided are truly amazing. The eXch platform did not just provide these services for their own profit, they actually wanted to make the customer understand how users are being controlled, how their data is being used, it is not clearly stated, the platform itself often secretly controls and exerts power over the user and has basically worked to bring these issues to the fore. The exch platform has truly proven that all these issues can be done properly without leaving any height by paying the right price. So I can say without a doubt that their service means will remain in the minds of the crypto customer forever, eXch has always rejected any association with illegal activities and has consistently maintained it. I wish the eXch platform success in its future endeavors and reiterate my commitment to supporting privacy-focused initiatives everywhere. Thank you to the exch team.😊

Seems I am also having issues with @eXch In the trade chat they won't reply, and over SimpleX they haven't accepted my contact request either.
I have been stuck for multiple hours in the trade because their system gave out an error "INSTANCE_ERROR_ON_TRANSFER". (This happened after it successfully confirmed my deposit.)
I would advise caution, will update this post or quote it below if my issue gets resolved.
I will post the "Letter of Guarantee" if nothing changes in the next few hours. Support has finally acknowledged the issue and solved it, you can disregard my prior message.
I sent BTC to exchange to ETH, the BTC confirmed and eXch claimed to send ETH to my address but the transaction doesn't lead anywhere?
Support not replying ^ Just give it some time, it took them a while to get to me but you should be good soon.

I encountered some problems. Yesterday, I exchanged bitcoin for eth through exch and sent it to my own uniswapAPP wallet. Then I exchanged eth and sent it to my own bitget exchange. But my account was frozen today and I can’t withdraw USDT. What should I do? exch has been identified as the cleaning party for the currency theft incident in February. The ETH you exchanged from here is naturally considered to be stolen funds, so your transfer to the exchange will naturally be frozen.

Funds are not "naturally considered stolen". I have sent funds from eXch straight to binance without any problems just about 2 weeks ago. Those are not necessary the same coins from bybit. EXch created new addresses, received and send coins, there is a lot of volume in eXch. That being said, once you send funds to CEX you must comply to their kyc or whatever they demand, unfortunately

@qidafei eXch has been unfairly targeted and treated ever since the Bybit hack happened. Bybit and the people on their payroll are trying to divert attention from the lack of security of their exchange and have people look at eXch and paint them as criminals and money launderers. However, Bybit is the responsible party.
If Bitget froze your funds, they will surely contact you and ask for certain information. I assume you already passed KYC with them, so you might be asked for the source of funds, how you acquired them and things like that. You didn't do anything wrong, eXch didn't do anything wrong, Bybit did many things wrong. And now, we are all paying the price for it. If Bitget hasn't contacted you yet, get in touch with their support and ask them what to do.

I am trying to understand. Yesterday, I exchanged bitcoin for eth through exch and sent it to my own uniswapAPP wallet.
1. You swapped BTC for ETH on eXch yesterday. Then I exchanged eth and sent it to my own bitget exchange.
2. Then you swapped this ETH for an unknown token/coin using your Uniswap APP wallet, and sent it to Bitget. What should I do?
How is it related to eXch? Why are you asking the question here instead of asking those who are blocking your funds? It has nothing to do with eXch: you should contact Bitget support. If the goal was to get USDT, you could have done it at eXch, which does not segregate funds. You chose to use a shitty exchange (Bitget); that's your problem, sort it out with them.

Am I the only one that has noticed the sudden barrage of posts by newbies and relatively new accounts in this thread?
What makes this out of the ordinary is that it is not synonymous with this thread and not only that, the timing is strange because it is happening at a time when eXch have just announced they are effectively closing down.

Perhaps individuals with an agenda who have an interest in trying to damage the trust and reputation of eXch, probably a certain Indian scammer who has recently become angry due to certain actions and revelations made about him.

So how should I solve the problem? I used uniswap to exchange eth for usdt and then entered my bitget wallet Will the exchange freeze my funds permanently?
If your last funds came from uniswap, you should contact uniswap and bitget. eXch has nothing to do with the funds you sent to bitget. You also need to contact bitget

I am not surprised that shills use every opportunity for their dirty work - but I am surprised that experienced members "help" them in this. Just look at how many times a shady CEX has been mentioned in the last dozen posts.

~~~ Now that based on their own announcement the end of eXch's service is near, there's maybe a surge in transactions at eXch and also a surge of less experienced customers of eXch. Or is it paid sockpuppets, I don't know... It may be an unrelated coincidence and the ETH node software just sucks as we've seen problem reports by eXch regarding their ETH node more often that with their other coins nodes. Shitty ETH node software isn't directly a fault of eXch, it's rather the Ethereum ecosystem which is to blame. But we've seen also that every problem of eXch's customers related to ETH node issues have been resolved by eXch with no damage to those customers. Of course, it could also be intentional to put more stain on eXch during the last days of their service, but we've no proof for such claims regarding current newbie problem posts. Although, I'm a bit surprised, too. I'm not sure if @qidafei told all details correctly. If @Sekhmet_ summarized it correctly from interpretation of what qidafei told, I don't see how eXch is to blame for a swap of Uniswap app directly to Bitget account receiving address. qidafei has to ask Bitget what they burp at.
It's much more reliable than Go-Ethereum in my opinion. Runs well even on consumer-grade hardware
Perhaps at the time when he wanted to exchange his bitcoin, eXch didn't have any USDT in their reserves or not the amount he wanted. It has happened to me in the past. Alternatively, he could have swapped his bitcoin for DAI or USDC. If stablecoins weren't available at the time, he got the next-best thing, ether. With ether, he can buy the stablecoin he wants at Uniswap, which doesn't support bitcoin, only bitcoin-wrapped tokens.
Apart from this very valid reason for not using bitget, I really cannot see any proper reason for using that exchange. It is a second tier exchange like many others. It’s not regulated (pro and cons) and amongst the not regulated it doesn’t offer the features that other more evoluted exchange offer. So, weird choice.
Unfortunately there are plenty of threads that have experienced members posting without either reading through to understand what is/was going on and not pointing out the obvious. Many of those threads would have faded away if it were not for experienced members. As for the newbies posting in this thread, I wonder how many more will find their way here before eXch close. I am not surprised that shills use every opportunity for their dirty work - but I am surprised that experienced members "help" them in this. How Bitget did advertising here (massive spamming with newly created forum accounts) even after the negative reactions of forum members, and they continued with it. Obviously, they have a very low standard, therefore, it is to be expected that they have such a standard in real business as well. It is difficult to expect honorable behavior from someone with such habits
