I have contacted bitget and they told me to wait for an email. I believe the email will ask me to provide proof of funds. So what should I do? How should I respond? Can you give me some good advice? I don't want to lose my funds.
After the mixing was completed, I used exch to send ETH directly to my own uniswap wallet APP. I checked my uniswap wallet APP ETH address and found a hacker tag on onlink. My own bitget address was also tagged with a hacker tag. I just want to know if there is still a chance to solve the problem.
No one here can help you much because it all depends on Bitget. Ideally, you would explain to them the origin of the funds and hope that it will be enough for them.
The problem that is happening to you forced eXch to shut down their business, and cunts like Bitget survive

btw. what is onlink and why is that important?

Wait for Bitget to contact you and see what they say and what they want you to do. Unfortunately, you are now at their mercy. That's the danger of using untrustworthy CEXs like Bitget. They now hold your money as hostage and you'll have to comply with them to get it back.

You didn't mix anything. Don't mention mixing to Bitget either. eXch isn't a mixer. It's an instant swap service that allows you to exchange one cryptocurrency for an other.
Tell Bitget support that you used Uniswap to acquire your USDT. It's a decentralized exchange. Anyone can use it. You can't control the source of the coins that Uniswap sends to you.

I have never heard of or used oklink, nor do I care about the service they provide.

I have never heard of or used oklink, nor do I care about the service they provide.
Does this "oklink" thing remind anyone else of the spam campaign that Bitget used to have? Newbie who persistently mentions it, the whole discussion is based on some kind of their assessment, as if it is a popular service, but in fact, few people know about it.
Or am I just too skeptical?

You are too skeptical. I don't know why you think this way. I am not here to sell anything. I hope the problem can be solved and want to know why this happens. Please
There is nothing that anyone here can do for you except give you some general advice. We have already done that. The decision lies with Bitget now. They have custody of your money and will decide when, if, and under what circumstances to release it. You are at their mercy.

Some of your decisions are weird to say the least. If you already have a Bitget account and intended to use it, why use Uniswap and eXch at all before that? You said that the coins you exchanged were BTC, ETH, and USDT. Bitget supports all of these. Why jump around from eXch to Uniswap and then to Bitget...

I fully support and agree with the statement made by eXch regarding its decision to cease operations effective May 1st, 2025. The eXch team has consistently demonstrated a commitment to privacy, transparency, and ethical conduct throughout its existence. Their project was never about financial gain but about proving that privacy-focused alternatives can exist in a space dominated by centralized, often opaque, and sometimes exploitative platforms.

eXch’s decision to shut down in the face of overwhelming legal and intelligence pressure is both prudent and responsible. The accusations of facilitating money laundering and terrorism are based on misunderstandings of their mission. While privacy tools can be misused, eXch has always rejected any association with illicit activities and operated with integrity.

Quote
Privacy is not a crime. The right to transact privately is fundamental, and projects like eXch have played a crucial role in defending this principle.

I am honored to have worked alongside eXch and to have supported this project at every stage. As an affiliate exchange (litexero), I will continue to uphold the values of privacy, freedom, and innovation that eXch championed. I stand ready to support their partners and the broader community in building new solutions that protect user rights and foster a more open financial system.

I wish the eXch team success in their future endeavors and reaffirm my commitment to supporting privacy-focused initiatives everywhere.

Privacy is not a crime—it's a right.

said it well and i want to thank also exch team, i did use it their instant exhcange for a long time.

It seems they have already shut down the service voluntarily today, citing law enforcement measures towards them. See the announcement on https://exch.cx.

I had tried to access their new main domain (exch.net) earlier and got an error. In light of the announcement, it is likely that this domain was taken down, leaving only exch.cx and the onion domains active.

Best wishes for the exch team and R.I.P. to an excellent service.

Apparently, it was a good service if the regulator forced this project to close. It's like a kind of quality mark for users in such cases. Is the reason for the pressure from law enforcement agencies the privacy-oriented nature of this platform?

I was not a user of this service, but the lack of registration and automation of exchange looked attractive.

Has this service worked for more than 10 years? It's a pity that such things happen and apparently, the Internet will become finally non-free and not private, and the fate of similar services will expectedly overtake the fate of eXch.

As the large corporations try to monetize the internet at scale, they will destroy everything that makes it great and replace it with terrible stuff that nobody asked for.

And the worst thing is that the users are fine with it because they barely know how to use computers anyway. Nowadays they are all on their phones using the same 5 social media apps.

This is not quite true, but any regulator primarily pursues its own interests, not the interests of the majority of the population of its country. Thus, their actions don't always lead to positive changes in the lives of users. In this case, there was a convenient and high-quality service, and now they are forced to close this platform. Has this made it better for users? The answer is obvious.

Yes, I agree. Mass character absorbs and destroys individuality (projects). The worst thing is that the stronger corporations become, the less resistance such small platforms can offer. Leviathan sweeping away everything in its path.

The PC/Laptop era is drawing to a close. The mobile era is winning. It is much easier and simpler to poke a finger at the screen.

Yes. It was akin to Mossack Fonseca for cryptocurrency. What they did was not illegal by any means, but it was, nevertheless, inevitable that they would make a few enemies. Especially when there is absolutely no interest in any privacy, but instead mass enforcement of KYC and AML policies. Does not help that the service eXch provided was extraordinary, in contrast to the opposition, who are less gifted.

exch.net is not resolved for me at the moment, even when the whois entry lists two Cloudflare nameservers.

exch.cx redirects to exch.pw which opens for me and doesn't show any signs of preliminary shutdown. They still announce their stop of accepting new orders on May 1st there only.

They are no longer accepting new orders. However, if you already have an existing order that hasn’t been paid for yet, you can still access it at /order/orderID to complete your payment.

eXch.net is down, yes. It's no longer working. exch.cx redirected to eXch.net but is now redirecting to exch.pw as you noticed. exch.pw is legit. It's eXch's domain. Check the OP of this thread. You will see exch.pw being mentioned as the current active domain. However, if you are thinking of swapping some funds, I recommend that you do it over TOR and using the official .onion domain. It's better for your privacy. Plus, exch.pw seems quite slow at the moment.

exch.net is not working because it has been suspended.

Code:
Domain Status: clientHold http://www.icann.org/epp#clientHold

This could only have been done by the domain registrar, likely at the request of law enforcement.

Based on the official statement from eXch (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577207.msg65286839#msg65286839)

The shutdown of the eXch was not executed by a domain registrar at the direct request of law enforcement, but rather was a voluntary closure by the exchange's own management in response to overwhelming legal and enforcement pressure from international authorities.

Furthermore, eXch emphasizes that it does not want to operate "where we are viewed as criminals" and stresses its ideological commitment to privacy and decentralization, not illicit activity.

Note: There is no evidence in either the official statement or the news coverage that the domain registrar executed a takedown at the direct request of law enforcement.
