I'm pretty sure there's no bot behind the eXch Support account, at least based on some of the various discussions here. Judging by this reaction, it seems @Synchronice got a reply to the PM here after 40 minutes, which can be considered relatively fast for a non-automated reply.

These replies didn't feel like a reply from a bot, nor from the AI, they were on point and felt written by a human.

In cases like this, I consider being considered as being a bot to be a good thing.

By the way, regarding to Customer Support, I'd say that replies are very fast but the actual process of problem solving takes a long time to my mind because my issue still hasn't been solved (anyways, I'm okay with Exch, I'm not in a hurry).
One thing that I also liked about Exch is that the conversation goes through your order's page. There is no need to message them somewhere else, the CS team replies on to your order page.

Despite that fee, they are still the cheapest on the market for large purchases without KYC. And they are proud of it.

The service fee increase is a loss prevention mechanism of our exchange and usually only affects highly volatile coins, which in that case was XMR. Don't forget that we don't resell Binance like other swappers, so charging 0.5% which often causes a loss of our own reserves is not always an option.

The first service fee spike for XMR pairs was caused by OKX delisting XMR.

However, we are considering to keep 5% on selling XMR in future because our service is now used by many other services with a purpose of mixing, therefore it's absolutely inconvenient for us to work hard acquiring XMR then give it away for nothing to some other service that makes considerable gains based off our hard work acquiring XMR. Same for users who only use eXch for mixing their BTC through XMR - we don't consider it honest when some of them complain about 5% for the level anonymity they will take from our service without recurring to chaining their funds flow through different services that might cost them far more than just 5% (and who are often eXch's resellers).

Their philosophy is that the amount of XMR in the balance depends on supply and demand. And that's all. It's been a while since someone came here to complain about how eXch calculates here and deliberately doesn't have XMR available in the reserves.
As you say, they have the best rates plus they are 100% KYC free, it's strange that they don't have unlimited XMR

They are selling Monero coins below real market price (Market price is not what for example MEXC shows - you can't even withdraw 100 XMR from there), that's why they are still empty. Supply and demand. You can talk about it as you like.

For example, on March 15th they sold 20k in one day for $220 a piece without KYC ... where else would you buy it so cheaply, quickly and with these conditions?

In the long term, it seems to be the most beneficial to store your money in  BTC and get rid of all other coins. They probably follow this philosophy.

I can't comment on that. I haven't used many other exchanges to trade monero. However, it's available on Bisq. That's a decentralized exchange, meaning that you as a seller can set the price yourself. You can earn whatever premium on top of the market price you want as long as the other party agrees. You can even sell at a loss if you want.

Monero has already been delisted by the biggest centralized exchanges and the price took a hit when that happened. CEXs where it's still traded like Kucoin, Kraken, or Bitfinex could have delisted the coin a hundred times by now, but they haven't. And even if they do, I don't think the impact would be as big as it was when bigger names did it.

Monero is actually trading at higher prices than centralized exchanges are showing, and most other coins would be dead if they got removed from so many exchanges.

There is also a note saying that the list is reviewed daily. I don't check it regularly, of course, but when I, do the same exchanges are always on that list. Do you really review this regularly and has there been a change to the list in the last year, for example?

Yes, we update this list whenever necessary; exchanges have already been added and removed from the list since it was first published (e.g. ByBit or MEXC have recently been removed).
