From what I am seeing this is a truly anonymous coin right from the start right? (not like the would be anonymity of Darkcoin).

This is a real launch or a testnet launch?

Will a new windows binary be posted at launch?
It's real network launch(not test), i've just pushed genesis to github and uploaded windows binaries.
You are welcome to mine.

Macos binaries is coming...

Seems like a very nice project, what program to we use to mine this on windows? is it keccak?

Please, before build delete folder "build", to be sure.

Anyone to share a Linux binary? It doesn't compile on Arch. If it is like monero, a binary compiled on Ubuntu should work on Arch.

Thank you.

1. how do i get an alias? do i need one for minning?

2. I got one address and I am using 3 rigs to mine with this address. On the minning rigs I run only the daemon, not the walet is that ok?

3. CPUs are moderately taxed, about 30% on windows is that normal?

Aliases are optional. You can commit them to the blockchain by typing
Code:
make_alias yourname ADDRESS
in the daemon and mining a block with that daemon.

You can do the command in each daemon so if you find a block with any of them you will receive that alias.

I wrote about it:
I strongly recommend to mine on linux version since gcc code is seems to be faster for this PoW hash.
It's seems than microsoft compiler sucks.

Can they later be edited or removed if a wallet is lost/corrupted/abandoned/compromised?

You need to have the wallet private key. More info on aliases: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577267.msg6464050#msg6464050
