does the project have a well rounded team? a balanced team with expertise in multiple business areas is often of great value.

Welcome!

I'd say so. The lead developer Crypto_zoidberg is more knowledgeable about Cryptonote than pretty much anyone else alive. We also have a strong roster of researchers, developers, designers, marketeers and business developers contributing to the overall goal of re-establishing Boolberry as the leader in private digital transactions.

Hello, I was trying to get a wallet for my BBR and I downloaded the full installer for windows from http://boolberry.com/downloads.html but my antivirus program says the file contains a trojan virus.

It's probably just a false alarm. The code is open and available on www.github.com/boolberry for anyone to compile themselves.

May I ask which anti-virus application are you using?

Some holders are reporting BBR deposit issues on BTC-ALPHA. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

I've reached out to them to try to resolve the situation and will update everyone as soon as possible.

I just tested 3 deposits and 3 went through successfully. Each deposit took around 11 minutes with 5 confirmations to show up on the exchange.

This doesn't mean the issue is resolved. It would be very helpful if others can test minimal deposit amounts to verify that they are or are not be credited.

I tried to send 50 from Bittrex to BTC-Alpha on Friday...looks like Bittrex did their part, but I still have 0 balance on BTC-Alpha...submitted a support request, but haven't heard anything... Transaction ID: 58dfa54bc6feaa1947640db0b218bcc909e0d1d364ee82fd92744f2e65dc11a7

Hi everyone,

Just giving everyone here some clarity on the exchange situations.

Kucoin:

We are still working with Kucoin team who seem to be overloaded making easy $ money ER20 tokens. They have reaffirmed their commitment to adding BBR to their exchange by working this week and through the Chinese new year to get the listing up.

Here are some screenshots of the chat logs to confirm this. Kent and Eric are the owners of the exchange. Eric is also the lead engineer for Kucoin. Johnny is head of business development. I hope this helps everyone understand the situation we are dealing with on that front.

https://imgur.com/a/275SF

BTC-ALPHA:

We are working with BTC alpha to resolve the issue with deposits not showing up. The transactions are showing up on the explorer so that's a good thing. We should hopefully have that resolved today. I'll update everyone as soon as possible.

On another note, ucash (I'm not familar with the project so don't take this as any endorsement of that project) is listed there and is ranked #20 in overall marketcaps with BTC-ALPHA being their only exchange. The reason why I bring this up is because it shows promise for BBR to achieve similar results with a functional listing there. We just need to get the deposit situation sorted out.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ucash/#markets

We have some other big exchanges in the pipeline as well so keep an eye on this thread for future updates with regards to new listings.

Yw. It seems like they didn't properly set their dns records with Cloudflare. https://btc-alpha.com/exchange/BBR_BTC/ is working but if you add the www it won't resolve.

I sent a request in to coinmarketcap to add the market to boolberry profile. We should hopefully have that updated soon. The deposits seem to be working now but from what I can tell the missing deposits are still in the process of being credited. If you have a deposit that hasn't been credited please open up a support ticket and make sure to provide the txid. It will be easier from them to resolve if you can provide the link to the txid from boolberry.io:

Does anyone know where I can get the payment id? I'm trying to send BBR from Stocks.Exchange to my own wallet but I can't find the payment id information anywhere. I'm using the GUI wallet that I downloaded from boolberry.com.

payment id is not necessary, use your wallet address, you can transfer to the local wallet

Hey all, is there a dedicated trading sub for boolberry? I posted a trading question on the Reddit but there were crickets. If there isn't a trading sub, can you all get one going? Also, what is a fair price rn for BBR? The trading on stocks.exchange is pretty stagnant and small (but it is the only exchange as of now). This being said, should we expect a general rise or fall when it gets listed on the Kucoin?

Hard to tell where a fair value for BBR is right now... Maybe $5-6. There is supposedly a lot going on behind the scenes that should spike the price but haven't' seen anything yet. Also, who really knows about KUcoin. Have been hearing about it getting listed for months and still nothing. Hoping soon though Smiley BBR should spike to the moon once the listing on kucoin/website/whitepaper 2.0/ and all the dev bh4 and zoid have put into the coin!!

prior to listing on major exchanges/ boolberry updates/marketing campaign any price is fair because then it will be much higher. moreover the price is not too high either in bitcoins or in dollars and is held within certain limits.

the price will go up after kucoin listing.i think properties of boolberry and the recently progress interested people. in combination with new boolberry site launch(where all necessary information will add) and promo action by kucoin, we will see such result.maybe not at once but i don't think we have long to wait.

just created thread on cryptopia forum:

https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Forum/Thread/7735

perhaps in this way we will attract their attention and it will be possible to start negotiations about the terms and fee. any posts on cryptopia forum are welcome.

Okay, I figured it out and received my berries. Are the devs planning to release a new wallet at some point? The GUI wallet is really heavy and slow, it eats up 4gb of memory usage. When launching it synchronization takes 3 hours and exiting it took close to an hour with the message "deinitializing core".

I tried this method to speed up the synchronization but to no avail. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577267.msg26122445#msg26122445

What should my firewall settings be for qt-boolb.exe? Is private and public network connections both okay from the firewall settings.

I believe this is to limit how often ccminer will output (to stdout, aka "the screen") the hashrate details for each GPU.

--max-log-rate    Interval to reduce per gpu hashrate logs (default: 3)

So I think by default every 3 seconds.  If you set it to 30, then 30 seconds.

I think this is a purely informational parameter, and does not impact hashrate in any way.
Thx garak... that makes sense. Smiley
