I have no idea when they will process withdraws but I am guessing it will be first come first serve.

I just want to announce, that I received my LTC from Mintpal. This means Mintpal is paying coins to users back. My KARM was not processed yet, so I expect them to send it to me later. They should process KARM manualy, since there is an official statement which claims KARM will be processed by humans. I will update you, in case I receive my KARM.

no problem. just wanted to tell you where you can check if they received your inquiry. I too was confused after i pressed save changes and it looked like nothing happened. So the only thing we can see is "Requested" which i guess indicates they got our info.


Also there is rumors that once you submit the address you can not resubmit an other. So please double check your address and do not use a bad one. Who knows if you will be able to change that or be able to talk to someone to fix this. So pay attentions and double check x100!!

this is not just a rumor. I can confirm that if you click save you cannot modify any of the address fields not even the blank ones so I am screwed because clicked save after entering only one address.
I have added my addresses to the notes field but there has been no action taken on that front.

I am deeply disturbed by how incompetent these people are, they cant even test a simple web form properly before launching it.
