Hi there, newbie here.

Need some help with this POS lark.

I have wallet v.1.1.3.1, fully synced, says 9 active connections to network, and with a BLU balance that is 10 days old.

Crossed hammers says 'minting, weight 5065320, network weight 33945065, expected time to earn rewards is 10 minutes'

I have had this message, with slightly varying numbers, since POS supposedly kicked in.

No BLU tho'.

Is there anything else I am supposed to have done to make this work?

Well, if that one guy (and I know it's just one blue whale) removes all his big sell orders we can hit 500 in a week.

Don't be short sighted blue whale, you can sell once the price starts to peak much much higher and get much more profits.

As for the peak, given there's little coins up for sale due to pools dumping lower, I say the price can easily go to 1500 in the next 30 days.

Look at redd, with 26 BILLION coins and tons of those in many hands, they went up 25 fold.

Blue can move much more swiftly and higher, % wise but if we have greedy insiders and whales then they're gonna kill any big run we have so I hope they wait until we're at least up 10 fold from here so over 1,000 Satoshi.

That's only a $3 million market cap, redd hit nearly $6 million so it's very doable.

Dev, are there any current plans for marketing?  It seems like few people know about blue and if awareness can be raised then the price will likely follow.

Thanks!

Anyone?

It looks like you're missing a dependency: sudo apt-get install libqt4-dev
if that's it make sure you have the other dependencies from /bluecoin-master/doc/readme-qt.rst installed as well

My pleasure. Yeah, I agree this is a pleasant change from some of the other threads that I lurk. I've read this forum for ages but didn't need an account until recently so that I could use the ignore function.  Grin

Hopefully some more of my low buy orders will fill soon lol.

Cheers

I'm pretty sure there's only 1 bluecoin right now and definitely only 1 on Cryptsy which is this one.
