Hi,

After the update which was announced only in here and the following fork, our wallet got leeched.
As pool ops we can't monitor 50 threads on hourly bases, it shouldn't be a problem to contact 5-6 pools and exchanges for your updates.
We had to buy BlueCoins to compensate our miners.
Every coin we run cost us time and resources for which we pay a good price.
Because BlueCoin at the moment only costs us money, we are stopping our pool.
There is an announcement in the pool about it, please withdraw your coins in the next 5 days.

Please remove us from the pools list. Thank you.

Regards,
Franz, xHash Team

Franz,

We gave the entire community 1 full week notice. We tweeted about the event, we bumped this thread multiple times, and on top of it I personally emailed you 4 days ago asking you to please upgrade.

Please answer my email so we can help to rectify the situation, we would hate to see you leave as one of our dedicated pools. We need honest pool providers like you, however putting heavy blame on us, and saying we didn't warn you, when we personally did, is a bit unfair.

Thanks again for your support.

I saw your post (which has been deleted) and decided to point my rig at your pool. I found a couple of blocks but as of yet haven't received a sausage… any idea how long you are taking to process the payouts?

I can't delete posts in this thread (it's not self moderated).

Only the mods of (bit coin talk) can alter this thread.

It's most likely a glitch in the forum software?

Hi,

Yes you did emailed us on 07.09 we saw the bump and updated on 06.09 in the morning, the fork was after the update and we were missing during the weekend.
I'm don't want to blame anyone, but we were in the same situation with two other coins recently, one of which we were listed as official pool.
You can understand our frustration while we have to pay miners from our pocket few times in a row and also answer to their messages explaining why we "stole" their forked coin, while they leeched our wallet.

I replied to your email, lets continue the conversation there Smiley

Franz, xHash Team

My original username is somehow locked and I cannot get a recovery email from this freakn forum nor a response from anyone that may be able to help, so I did what I said I wouldn't do and created a new username.  I do not monitor this forum and I received no email for the first fork. I just happened to check in one night to see what was up.  The second fork, I received an email after the fact on Sun, Sep 7, 2014 at 12:11 AM.  Mind you I'm central time and this was the middle of the night for me. Block time for 117499 was Sep 6, 2014, 00:45:49.  I see one user here has lost some coins. You need to contact me thru the pool. The contact form does work as bluecoiner used it to contact me.

My complaint is someone needs to contact us pool guys the moment the dev knows a change is coming. I make no money from this...to be honest it cost me money. The 1% doesn't come close to even covering electricity for my servers. It is simply for fun. That is why I'm only running 2 coins right now. I would add 2 more at most, any more than that might become work! Anyways, contact would be greatly appreciated and I'll keep the pool up.  I do like this coin and believe the dev works hard to keep it moving forward. Thanks, Aaron
