That's crazy. Another test for the pen testers with their hidden big aerials.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

How come Monero still don't have wallet for windows 32 bit?
(I see you have for version 64 bit).
For example i have windows 7 32 bit and all i can do is to store my Moneros on Bittrex,
Also i have phone and same story. I wont install 64 version especially for Monero. Many think like me.
This is very strong community and good development, try to fix this.
Thanks!

p.s.
Sorry i didn't read one thousand pages to find answers for myself, i don't have much time.

Those should work.

Even though they are unofficial, hyc is trustworthy.

For God's sake why don't you add it to main page, this is not what i'm asking, this can be infected or something.
This is not first case of such scams, so i don't believe anything except OP.
But thanks anyway.

Have you even read my comment? Those binaries are made by Hyc, who is the author of LMDB, which Monero uses -> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lightning_Memory-Mapped_Database.

If you don't trust him you shouldn't use Monero at all, because LMDB is a large part of the Monero code. If I recall correctly, there will be official binaries soon once the remaining bugs are squashed.

Calm down.
Understand you and i'm reading this right now. Looking good i will try it.

This can be very confusing for newbies.. Do i need to know, as investor, who is developer? No..I see potential for making money. Especially i don't need to believe everyone here, proven.
Thanks

I've heard ZCash had some very ugly things to say about Monero lately. Any comments on that?

More shittalk again? Dont you ever get tired? LOL! Go back to ur shitdash that is premined.

Some ZCash folks said Monero has a single point of failure that once exposed can suddenly unmask the whole network. They have also stated Dash offers better anonymity with the way the mixing works. Of course they believe their system will be better than Dash even, which I don't think will be the case but hope dies last as they say.

Talk is cheap now isn't it?

Forgot to mention ZCash stole the cash part of the name from Dash - Digital Cash. They've called their coin Zerocoin initially but figured Dash, Digital Cash is a better name and basically copied the idea.

Moner's trying the very same, to ride on the coattails of Dash, having designated trolls spreading bullshit in that other Dash thread. Really stinky tactic if you ask me.

Monero is obviously doing that because it can't stand on its own two feet and on its own merits. Very desperate the way Monero's acting, seeking attention like the most desperate attention whore or like some abused toothless crack-whore looking for her quick fix, ready to get down on her knees and please. You are a really sad bunch, aren't you?!

Now there ^ is an example of someone acting like the most desperate attention whore or like some abused toothless crack whore.

If you want to be a destroyer join monero. It's the perfect place for you.

I responded to this by quoting Robert Oppenheimer, but a mod (presumably mprep) deleted it.

For some reason, many of my 100% on-topic posts are being removed.

Is mprep is taking bribes, along with his relentless sig-whoring campaign?

Have you ever deleted a post?

Of course I moderate self-moderated threads I've started.  As the OP, that's kind of my job.

I'm not a mod and I've never reported a post.

I don't expect on-topic posts in non-self-moderated threads to disappear in bulk, regardless of how many DashHoles and Gavinistas report them Because Butthurt.

I am creating some paperwallets by https://moneroaddress.org/

I anyway can avoid possible botnets by using that page offline when creating papewallet. But to be sure that the nmemonic seed is real, I has to check by some onlinewallet.

At the end of that site there is some guide of using GPG key. I guess a can download the same address-generator code from github and verify the validity of the code by GPG. The guide anyway is slightly messy for me. Can someone explain it more simple way? If it is possible?

I anyway can avoid possible botnets by using that page offline when creating papewallet. But to be sure that the nmemonic seed is real, I has to check by some onlinewallet.

At the end of that site there is some guide of using GPG key. I guess a can download the same address-generator code from github and verify the validity of the code by GPG. The guide anyway is slightly messy for me. Can someone explain it more simple way? If it is possible?

[1] Download the .ZIP file from -> https://github.com/moneromooo-monero/monero-wallet-generator. You can extract it on an USB, preferably a fresh one. It contains an HTML page that is used as generator and can be used offline.

[2] You can grab MoneroMooo's PGP key from -> https://raw.githubusercontent.com/monero-project/bitmonero/master/utils/gpg_keys/moneromooo.asc. Subsequently, you can use any PGP/GPG program to verify if the generator hasn't been tampered with. The program simply verifies that the generator has been PGP signed by MoneroMooo. You should see a message similar to:

Quote
gpg: Good signature from "moneromooo-monero <moneromooo-monero@users.noreply.github.com>

I am not sure, but I think this step can also be performed offline.

[3] Once you have verified the seed and have all the compartments on a fresh USB, you can bring the fresh USB to an offline/airgapped pc to generate a paperwallet with it.

Does this answer all your questions?

EDIT: Included a screenshot how [2] should look like:

EDIT2: If you or anyone else needs additional help or a walk through regarding [2], feel free to PM me on IRC. I am at #monero on freenode. I'll compile a guide for it later.

Hi. This is just to let you know that we think highly of this cryptocurrency and for this reason we've implemented it for both https://productmonth.com and http://gobelle.me; we will also support it for implementation on the CoinPayments payment processor with the maximum of ten votes for each store that we have. We are building now a more complex platform that will accept cryptocurrencies and hopefully until it's done we can find a solution to implement automatic Monero payments without paying too much for a dedicated plugin. We're looking into it! Have a nice day Smiley
