Glad to hear it.. There are still a few people reporting issues, but we are looking at these and will get them sorted asap.

Quite interested to see where this coin goes - taken a small punt on SYS and nabbed myself 30k for ~500, on paper at least it seems a pretty decent. Probably a tiny amount compared to some of the initial investors im sure but that's all im willing to put in atm - cant see why this wont be 1,500 sometime soon though really.
Was the launch really as bad as people on here make out heh? I still think back to that damn MAX coin launch and fail to believe anything could ever be as screwed up as that was!

Anybody know of a fix for the GUI problem in Windows EXE for Win7 Home Premium x64 - that doesn't involve constantly altering my shortcut, nuking the Syscoin folder, and running as administrator?
What happens if you double-click on the icon? Can you activate it (with Task Manager -> switch to this task)? Or if you just leave it there for a while, does it then allow you to open it? Sometimes the starting of the wallet takes some time, depending how much it needs to scan upon starting, before it enables the user interface (I have a wallet from a coin that is over 1 year old, if I do a rescan of the wallet with 10,000+ transactions, its user interface can freeze for half hour)

Thanks for the interest. What some people did not get was that there is a hell of a lot of new code and features. We will at some point post some more details about the launch but for now we are busy fixing and testing.

The run as admin works, but this is clearly not something we want users to have to do.

Well the first and second windows wallets didn't work for me, BUT the third one is working perfectly I love the look and feel of this wallet and transactions are fast. Like I said before I am a long term holder and have already started to buy more while cheap. We have a 4 months start on Ethereum, and that's if their launch goes well. Once all the bugs are ironed out, it then needs to be one more thing to concentrate on to add value and that is CONTRACTS, CONTRACTS, CONTRACTS, CONTRACTS, CONTRACTS, CONTRACTS, CONTRACTS, CONTRACTS, CONTRACTS, CONTRACTS, CONTRACTS and CONTRACTS. BY THE WAY, JUST ONE MORE THING, DID I MENTION CONTRACTS?

The dead icon in the system tray? Nothing happens when I left click, double click, or right click. I have to end process tree via task manager. If I leave it there (I left it there for going on 5 hours now) it just sits there and appears to be looking pretty but not doing anything else. It's not an issue of starting and waiting with the big window waiting to sync. The issue is that it pops up and instantly vanishes to the system tray and lays there. Where it would normally turn from splash screen into the wallet syncing - the splash appears then for maybe 1/10th of a second (a flicker) it is gone. It's the same thing the previous versions were doing. I know how to force it to load, but it's getting annoying to nuke the files over and over. I have a system that is entirely SSD, no the wear on my NAND is a concern, as well. What happens if you double-click on the icon? Can you activate it (with Task Manager -> switch to this task)? Or if you just leave it there for a while, does it then allow you to open it? Run as admin works *if* the Syscoin folder has been nuked, but not if the folder is still there already. Also, when the folder gets nuked, I don't NEED to run as admin. -edit - Duh, silly me. On the computer from this post( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=587080.msg8463260#msg8463260 ), my user account is an administrator account. Anybody know of a fix for the GUI problem in Windows EXE for Win7 Home Premium x64 - that doesn't involve constantly altering my shortcut, nuking the Syscoin folder, and running as administrator?

Suprised to see SYS a few places below Storj and Crypti, which also recently launched after ICOs, on coinmarketcap. Perhaps the price is cheaper than I'd thought.

++1 Smart contracts (no lawyers, no bankers, no brokers, no wall street) will be the killer app.

That's nice to hear, it not something to rush as its complex to get right, but smart contracts would be a great compliment to what Syscoin already has.

Also not a good time to invest in any archiving companies. Maybe we can earn some carbon points, by keeping all those archiving delivery/collection lorries off the roads and warehouses that need lighting, heating and cooling. All won't be needed with Sys coin.

We already do have a roadmap ready, but are looking at all options. Its a big complex project, but we are getting there
