I bought many shares and am about to buy even more, but I wonder if mining will start soon, or if all shares need to be sold first?

What will happen with bought shares if it takes too long to sell all shares?

Here is how it is. EnergyCoin is joining with knights of satoshi and NXTMining to mine sha256 or other coins with hashing power they have, to buy EnergyCoins from the market. After paying the fees to host. Coins will be sent to the miners. 1 Ghash is roughly 50nxt. So you're buying 1 Ghash/s with your nxt. Hopefully after half the shares are sold. He'd have enough to start the mining. They're merge mining sha256d coins.
pay out will be every week or every 2 weeks. You'll be able to withdraw and get out of mining whenever you want. But it will have a min time of 2 or 3 weeks.

SaintFrantic will be able to discuss it thoroughly with you. As he knows better.

The mining has started the minute you have bought the shares. First payout will be done this weekend and every weekend after that. After you bought the share you need to send message through NXT wallet to Asset Issuer  with your ENRG address. When you click on the Asset Issuer you will see the menu with three options click on "Send a message". Write your  ENRG wallet address in there.
