The goal did not count well they didn't need it but that ref should not have ended it on someones play still a good game nonetheless

Yeah, he probably should have. I assume the ref would have let it play out if it was a tie (I hope).

I have to disagree. Professional sports has to set the standard on safety. Uruguay's medic, who is far more qualified than the players, made a call for a substitution on the basis that he was unconscious. It was a pretty hard impact on a very vulnerable part of the body - anything could have happened.

Tottenham came under scrutiny when Hugo Lloris was kept on the pitch after being concussed. Of course the player will want to stay on the field, especially when playing on the world stage at the World Cup. Safety first, the player should be taken off the pitch after the initial assessment, then likely taken for a scan of sorts.

The player wouldn't be responsible alone if something happened to him by staying on, there would be a long chain of responsibility, from the club right the way through to FIFA.

If that goal was not offside going into the half this game might have a different outcome but in my opinion this is a game of endurance the team that can hold out longest and score the next goal will win this.

so do i, if see  from the replay is fair goal no offside  or hands ball, but I do not know how the vision of the referee, because the lead is definitely not easy for a lot of pressure

That ref blew out my draw bet, i was so confident on a draw.. but as you say, some refs are cheating here, same yesterday with greece, they showed the red card with no facts.
