Still, they did add goal line technology to help the referees see if the ball crossed the line. They could do the same for offsides. Not much difference.

Also, I don't think they are able to make a robot that can properly evaluate fouls. No computer can do that.

I find it hard to imagine myself actually "raging" over a referees decision, it's so easy to sit behind the TV screen and see everything, with replays, different camera angles, etc. There's nothing more to that.

Yes, i saw the match between greece and japan and the greeks played awful, but the ref was helping the japans, they were touching floor every minute by theirselves and every time the ref was calling foul. but that last penalty from today was fake.

lot of matches on this WC was awful this time referees were, if they just do there job like that bald Italian referrer this would be good. But lets face it almost all match referees done something to other team this is really terrible.

No that was not fake. Sure it wan't a bad foul, but a foul nonetheless. The Ivory Coast player put his leg in the way of Samaras' shooting foot and thus prevented him from hitting the goal. That's a clear penalty. And the defender knew exactly what he had done hence so little protest from him.

I just feel bad for the keeper he almost had that ball.

Well they can't play without a referee. Robots/computers couldn't really judge if it was a foul or not.
I'm talking about big mistakes: red cards, goal that should be goals but get denied., etc.
