hello blackcoin community, i have two questions.
Exactly what is the pos2.0?
What are the advantages of pos2.0?
The Whitepaper is expected to be published today. Basically it is an major improvement on the current PoS protocol in terms of network security, speed etc.. thanks  |

Obviously I can't comment on the security enhancements (didn't try to hack it - LOL), and naturally the testnet is faster due to limited transactional demands... but I can say from my testing that it is not only faster as far as transactions themselves, but the wallet itself seems to be much better (Windows binary at least). Still not going to do anything for the people that complain that it doesn't have an animated gif of a walking camel  ...but as far as real functions and stability are concerned, it's tight and right.  |

 Only whitepaper or with new client? As far as I know, PoS 2.0 will need a hardfork and will therefore be launched with enough time for everyone (including exchanges) to prepare for the change of protocol. So logically the action plan would be: Whitepaper release - Release of schedule for hardfork - Actual hardfork |

The world has gone mad. Guerillacoin 24000 on mintpal.. Naut 19217 etc etc... Who would pay anything for these crap coins (except for pumping I suppose) Buy Black!  |

Well there isn't much logic in the pump coins. Any coin or any news will do to make a pump look credible to get the noobs to buy the whales out in profit. With honest and true development, not just gimmicks and fluff, bc should come out on top for sure. Although it seems that every week there is a pump coin that gets a major share of the volume and this is due to the fact that most of the btc circulating in the altcoins is the same money jumping from coin to coin and not many are willing to lock their money into a long position. This can only be broken with adaption, and I think blackhalo and the stuff that will be built upon it will help greatly. Also the football worldcup betting is a very good service and everybody should try to get their sports betting friends to try out bc betting. We need more users and applications for bc, not pump |
