It takes a bit. As stupidity seems to be bottomless people do of course wait if some other holder goes panic mode and throws coins away, too.
8k double bottom now with the other dip to that level, wonder if that's it. But i guess you cannot rule out anything anymore these days....
After all i know that in near future i will be able to use my BC so i can keep those coins and later use them not like with 99% cases of other alts ;/
so so holding BC to me is bit diffrent than holding any other altcoin ( and those i have a lot ).
Today market is in mess and it can be in mess for long time last year LTC was crashing hard for long time half year...
From all altcoins today good investments for me are:
1 - Blackcoin ( ATMs, Credit card, halo (bu/sell - hire people realty innovative technology works on global scale) )
2 - Bitcoin ( most adopted crypto safe bet even in long run as e-gold foor FUTURE generations )
3 - NXT java easy programing so many features ( but personally i have NEM NODE stake so i can skip NXT those POS have better distribution )
4 - XMR > DRK anon tech ( POS anon is not worth to much attencion to me - ules zeroknowleage system willbe released )
5 - interesting concept but BIG "?" because i don't like IPO coins to much is Bithares

today 10/100 coin is green so don't worry to much that guy with 600k dump did his job and noone have follow his dump so he wasted money to cause panic sell off
like it was with Cloack DRK Via... looking at market and HOW FAST that 600k BC was acumullated i am IMPRESS !
Distribution is increasing and this is good too.
BTC is a very scary investment to me and might be giving people false security. Sure it's the most stable now and good to diversify, but its technology is getting older and maintenance costs are skyrocketing. I feel like altcoins and fiat may be a better fit. Also the cost of accepting another altcoin after BTC is significantly dropping.
NXT - That hacker gave bter a sweet deal to get out of trouble. Really strange situation.
DRK - Looks like it's in big trouble and doesn't look like it will recover.
What's #5? Never heard of it.
And to be honest only last moron won't see where is BC aiming and that it will be one of few crypto widely used or have chance to be used over time.
That 600k dump - for me is ok someone REALY needs money sometimes you need money for real life needs so he sold unlucky he sold ithem REALY cheap today when all
markets are in panic.
Might not be someone really needs money. Could very well be gambling on another altcoin that he needed to buy right away. Could even be putting it back into BTC.
