Very maybe, at some point, altcoins might gain a bit on Bitcoin. In the good ol' days (end of 2013) that happened a few times. This year is different and most likely will not be as spectacular as then, but it might still throw a few surprises

Altcoins are tanking right now along with returns of most cloud mining services unfortunately. If you want to invest seek out the lowest cost per mH. No need to pay over $75 per mH and there are reputable companies sellling for as low as $25 per mH. That will give you a fighting chance to get ROI in less than 4 months.

No need to pay over $75 per mH and there are reputable companies sellling for as low as $25 per mH. That will give you a fighting chance to get ROI in less than 4 months.
Yes indeed, i love the respect en fairplay of genesis-mining, but i have one probléme the one year contract  , because that im gonna spend mi 9000 $ on a cloud shares compagnie, en can buy share fore 0.036 btc the 600 kh/s that is 0.072 btc (46 $) fore 1,2 mh/s. Genesis mining if you can give me that price, i will spend mi 9000$ in you compagnies fore one year contract with no share, PM me please  |

I noticed the values of DOGE/BTC and LTC/BTC have plummeted about 10% in the past 24h and still dropping...I grow worried about losing out on my ROI, but I hold my faith it'll go up in value. Seems every time USD/BTC goes up, altcoin/BTC goes down.

I think the situation will change again after the uncertainty around BTC has cleared. A lot of people are staring right now at BTC & expect a sharp rise of price. After this period is over the high valued BTC will flow again in the altcoinmarket.
I have also a contract at Genesis Mining since beginning of May and my ROI in BTC is 44% now. I am confident that my investment will prosper in the next 11 month. Genesis Mining is doing a great job. I also have a contract at cloudhasing - this is a disaster.
I like Genesis Mining. Their product is good.

I agree with you.I also think that the price of BTC will rise. It is good hear that you are happy with genesis-mining. How much profit are you making? Can you give us an idea? |

Sorry, but you will have to get used to it. I have been with GM since May 10th and this is how it has been to date:  The half life is about a month. If it continues like this we will not make our investments back. It could turn around, but don't bank on it. To all new users please take my advice - don't risk money you can't afford to lose. You have been warned. I will continue to report if anyone is interested. Totally agree. We invest some money having in mind the risk. I am not expecting to get rich but it was nice thoese 3-4 days (20/6 - 22/6) when the payouts were double.  From the other hand if BTC keeps increasing the ROI will be sooner  Hope you will get your ROI sooner. The graphs looks up and down in a downward direction. It can be caused of the decrease value of coins and increasing mining difficulty? |

Something strange happened. I just received a payout from GM. In transaction page the date is 01/07/2014 but in blockchain transaction page the date is 26/6/2014 with 77 confirmations already.  ? |

So 77 confirmations sounds about right (as good crypto citizens we pay the miner fee to ensure quick processing). The date looks more like a problem on blockchain.info side. Cheers, Marco |

Even I noticed the same. I received a payout 01/07/2014 but the date in blockchain was referring to 26/06/2014. Weird!!

On my side, I have only good things to say about the website and the service.
However, if I would have to decide again, I would probably invest my btc somewhere else as I really doubt I will receive as much coins as I invested. At the moment, 22 days down the road, I got around 10% return. And this was using a promo code(MEGA). With the increase of the power everywhere, the asics coming out, etc, I really doubt I will see my money back.
I can't invest again there. If any changes occur, I will reconsider, but atm, the prices are too expensive.
