Stay tuned for a big announcement coming soon! Genesis Mining is ...................................................................... Doomed ? ^^ No.......But I wonder if it has something to do with Darkcoin masternodes perhaps..or a new coin that people can vote for or maybe X11 coins. Just have to wait and see.

We are overwhelmed by the positive feedback we receive with BC. Thank you!
We just implemented the promo code "BLACKCOIN" (time-limited) which grants "Diamond prices" on all contracts for new orders!
Happy Mining Genesis Mining
It means for new contracts only and limited on mining just BlackCoin? I tried it the other day and it added the discount, is very similar to the MEGA code they had in May. So use it, if you can, before it runs out. Ah okay, it was a discount code then.

Don't waste your money! I've sent in my order a few days back, my payment has been confirmed for over 3 days now, I've tried to get some response via a support message; but nothing, no communication, the transaction doesn't show and the order is "pending". It seems that something shady is going on with their services, so again I would be very careful

I dont think this is GMs fault. Something like this happened to me a while back..i sent the money to the exchange and got it confirmed many times in my wallet. Even looking on the blockchain i can see the coins at destination. I had to wait out about a week and they appeared there. Supposedly this happens if you send it while being offline. I'm not 100% sure about this last part though. Definitely GM is not trying to scam you.

Hello vcexchange, Our support team is working all the time and usually reacts very quickly on support tickets. Currently we resolved pretty much every ticket, but nobody is perfect and it may indeed be that we have missed your request or didn't manage to solve it so far. Please PM us with your email so that we can search for your ticket and immediately take care of it, if it is not already solved! Regarding "pending" orders in general: We sometimes experienced some smaller delays (few hours) coming from third party software to automatically approve your bitcoin transactions. Our developers are currently working on an own customized solution for this so that we do not have to rely on third parties anymore. It is important to note that your Bitcoins are always safe and secure. If you send them to one of our addresses we provide for payment you can always be sure that we will receive them. Thank you for your understanding! Your Genesis Mining Team!

Why don't they just add them all..
If they added them all at once, don't you think that they wouldn't have enough promo codes to give out? It's better to go a bit at a time and offer promotional discounts with new products than releasing them all at once. As a cashier at McDonald's I can attest to this business tactic. Besides, wouldn't you like to have a constant slew of promo codes crawling along so you can keep getting upgrades with discounted prices? On topic of referrals, I haven't gotten any x3

I'm a little miffed at Genesis at the moment.
I tried to buy a 2 Ghash contract with the promo code, and although the price changed at the order page, reflecting the discount, at the invoice the price went way up! (From 0.191 to 0.287!)
Thinking I would get rebated the difference, I sent 0.287 BTC from another site, stupidly not realizing that the .001 fee would be deducted, and so I only paid 0.286 on the invoice.
So I repeated the process, correctly, and again the price went up between order and invoice. But this time I sent the BTC correctly and I have one 2 Ghash contract.
BUT! I overpaid 0.096 BTC for that one, and I haven't seen or heard a word about my missing 0.286 BTC. The first order's status indicates "Declined" and that's it. I emailed and also opened a ticket with no response.
I feel I am owed 0.382 BTC! It would be nice if someone at least answered emails.
