Updates to look for in the next 3-4 weeks::
2 Press releases
Update to the Curecoin wallet
Youtube videos made by an experience vlogger to help newcomer fold and use their CURE tokens
Articles featuring both the commercial folding cloud (Detroit) and the non profit folding cloud (Denver) systems.

sounds good!

i think CURE is one of the most undervalued coins in crypto
not because of its actual state but because of the base idea to reward research
and the upcoming new wallet technology

it could repeat NEM successstory (there coins did increase x400 in $ value...)

Yes, you're right! Curecoin and Foldingcoin are much much undervalue now. It is one of the useful coin and should not in current low price.

BTW, Curecoin is about to halving, right? If it does, price may rise, of course we will be happy to see if x400  Grin

I don't remember CURE being close to a halfing - FLDC had a halfing recently though, perhaps that is what you're thinking of?

Just a note, CUR will not half until block 210241 and is currently at 184486. 25755 blocks to go as of the time of this writing.

i think u cant compare curecoin and foldingcoin by potential

foldingcoin dont have a new wallet technology from scratch with lot new stuff in work

i see foldingcoin just as a merge mine (merge folding) income bonus which gets instant sold

While helping with lower profit I wouldn't mind mining a gpu/cpu algo, compete with asic's is impossible.

The sad part is the Foldingcoin is more profitable the last 2-3 months than Curecoin is.

Good thing we don't have to choose BETWEEN the two - thank goodness for merge folding!

Sorry if it was not. I currently do not sha mine and have not for some time. I assumed the list might be a start and maintained. I will ask around and edit this post.

EDIT (a few minutes later): From a team member, "homepage lists the latest list although not sure which actually work. I know cryptopools was popular, but it says they have a current problem with the backend: http://cure.cryptopools.com/
last updated mining pool webpage: https://curecoin.net/knowledge-base/mining-curecoin/are-there-any-mining-pools/"

EDIT 2 (an hour later): From a team member, "cryptopools appears to be the only one still in the game for cure in SHA-256"

There may be others, but cryptopools is the only public pool that ever large enough to find blocks. Basically sha mining = cryptopools + 2 solo miners.

If you have to ask "why?", you wouldn`t understand my answer.

EDIT - I've found out Foldingcoin.

I also discovered yesterday that there is a "dogeathome" project, that pays out DOGE to members of their team.

Returns though are a LOT less than for CURE or FLDC.

The total WEEKLY total PPD for the team is less than my DAILY PPD - so it would be trivially-easy for a "big producer" to dominate the very small returns....

It would be possible to merge CURE and "dogeathome" but not FLDC and "dogeathome" as they require you to use a DOGE address as your name.

There is a Curecoin Slack, yes. slack.curecoin.net:30000 is the 'auto-invitor' or PM an email address for an invite.

Some of the team is more active on Hangouts, both public and private. Here is the public one I am aware of: https://hangouts.google.com/group/LQJr7xxmlQJL0TCh1

We are never too hard to find. See you there!

Hello Friends,

We are working with a copywriter to help with an announcement on http://www.prnewswire.com/ which anticipates the movement into the #1 position at http://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/team_list.php?s=.  Many publications will have the opportunity to pick up the wire for their own use in either local or national readership markets.  Another announcement will be placed after we have reached the #1 spot.

Congrats to all of us, as EVGA has been extremely formidable competition for a long time.  Still, do consider buying their graphics cards for your folding, along with other manufacturers'.

I've got a few of their 1070 SC cards in my folding rigs (including one in my most recent addition), and they're certainly on my "willing to consider" list whenever I start looking at parts for a new rig.
I also have a couple of their 1300 G2 power supplies, but those aren't currently powering folding rigs.

I just am not willing to work for Folding Bucks as I make more from Curecoin (and a LOT more the last couple months from "merge folding" FoldingCoin at the same time).

I noticed that 2 months ago too. It is bad that dogeathome does not merge mining with FLDC, so the payout only with doge, that's why earning is much much less than FLDC.

Well, that's awesome! And it will certainly give a boost to Curecoin.

It would therefore be great if the Dev Team could manage to amplify that boost by releasing CURE 2.0 before the end of the year...

I was wondering: couldn't Vorksholk take a sabbatical year from his University studies and work full time on Cure? If Cure skyrockets he wouldn't even need to go back to Uni or ever work in his life...
