I wonder who is generating all these blocks? At 300 Kh/s (1/3 of network hashrate) I have been only able to find 12 blocks so far
not sure, i think you are very unlucky I mine with 7 kh/s since the very beginning, and already found 10 blocks (maybe i was earlier to mine than you). Or maybe because I'm not mining with the wallet...

I've been mining since the launch with 4k hash.
found 9 blocks worth 14-17 coins each.
decided to burn some with no clue of what I was doing. burned 5 then 10 then 5 then 10 again.
received 1 mint by burn block worth 39.30
I have about 100 coins altogether once everything has matured.

Hi guys..slimcoin will never have pools ? Why is that? Slimcoin PoW and PoB pools can be made and are possible. ???burn one coin? what will happen? You can start PoB mining! It is just that your likly hood on catching a PoB block will be very small as there have been currently 8200 coins burned.

currently over 8000 SLM was burned, which is about 1/3 of total coins generated. people are burning so many coins to be able to mine via POB, and the POB rewards are getting smaller.
this bodes well for the future price of SLM. IMHO
only thing is that dev needs to be more proactive in getting pools signed up and getting the coin on the exchange.

Seems to work on mountain lion 10.8.2. Can try out with latest Mavericks in a little but it's generally okay across the board. I will pay someone 20SLIM for a statically compiled slimminer OR slimcoind that works on CentOS 5.5 x64 20 SLIM ppl!
I want to do this . Is there anyone do it already? I have static slimminer for linux, but no CentOS -- you need specifically for CentOS?
