It is an amazing feature.

But the fact that you have to explain it STILL in elaborate details present a big problem -- no one (not even TAC HOLDERS) still know why talkcoin is valuable and/or why it really differs from 15 other coins that has messaging features.

Presentation is key.

The fact of the matter, TAC is out and available and though the devs didnt want it to be put on the exchange and yet still released the coin makes me wonder.
On a coin that fundamentally needs community, it suffers severely.

Thanks for the compliment. If the investors looking for a fundamentals coin, Talkcoin is one of its beside DRK, because it goes with its self-features, no pump&dump features like many overhyped coins out there.
If someone from you concerns about the price and the volume, please look at the market. Someone dumped 300k TACs yesterday on the market, dried up the buy volume, one hour later the buy order was even fuller and the price was barely dip. I think it's pretty stable now and it will rise with the new release.

Third week of July ends the day after tomorrow...any updates ?

Please read about it here
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=619210.msg7871998#msg7871998

We're not slow but have steady progress instead. We will post some screenshots soon.

Thanks for supporting.

Regards,

Aizen

There's almost no buy support. Just over half a btc in buy orders on polo, and that's because someone just stuck a buy order worth 0.475 btc at top of the order book, when I checked this morning it was more like 0.15 btc in total buy orders.

If you want price to go up, go buy a bunch of TAC and put some buy walls up.

Thanks djm34 for the updates. Unfortunately Mega won't work well (No files in your Cloud folder).

In the next release, user could create his own personal channel with password protected. So enjoy your private conversation with the person you invite right within the block chain. Wink.

I'm assuming that (obviously) the public can't read it on the blockchain right.

But great job guys

The messages are encrypted so you can "see" it on the blockchain but can't read it.
We need to do some proper testing before releasing it. Stay tune.

Thanks for the support.
