No luck for me, with new Kernel and 14.6 still the same hashrate 3.4 Mh/s. any indeas?
Delete .bin files \ try to use my config\.bin I dont get it. Can someone explain this? You should have one or more files in your miner's directory with a .BIN extension. You should replace them with the binaries (.BIN) he provided. Don't worry about deleting them, as the miner will recreate them if it can't find any when it first starts anyway.

Well i have a sapphire r9290x and i got the sgminer v5 (badman) .. Before i had the sgminer x11mod (or something) and have now 5,6 mhs in stead of 3,8mhs with X11 algo (and same wattage powerconsumption (around 300watts) I tried different kinds of things ( mostly what i got from this forum... mostly the xintensity helped more than all other settings) and after alot of crashes and headache i managed to get stable 6,2-6,3 mhs out of it ... overclocked little (1050-1375) using 14,7 amd driver (14,9 sucks)... but then i looked at the power meter ... drawed almost 400 watts (Monitor not included because it is on other powermeter with my 2nd pc) before it was 310-320watt .... so i stick with 5,6 MH/s My 2nd pc has 2x 750ti evga ftw and with those i hash 2600-2700 a piece which totals to around ..lets say 5,2MH/s ..power usage is 220-230WATT including monitor "on" if monitor is "off" the meter gives 180-190WATT.. I live in holland and electricity is rather expensive here 0.2346 euro per KW so i have to weigh the extra hash with the amount of consumed energy. Im cheap basically hehe I wonder what the r9290x would pull on 8MHs+ hence i read here that people are able to tweak the miner to such performance? For me.. because i pay my own bills hehe .. its not better, but perhaps im doing wrong. Does someone here pull around 300watts energy with hashrates of 6MH/s or more using X11 algo and r9290x card? Thank you in advance

Thank you in advance I pull just under 300 W/GPU with four 290X's (Sapphire BF4 edition), and average 23.9 Mhash on X11 across the 4 of them. I think Wolf0's the only one getting 8 Mhash, though I keep hoping someone figures out his secret and publishes it. Your cost of electricity is almost double mine, and I'm just barely earning more than the cost of electricity. I hope you have some inside scoop on where to mine to keep yourself profitable. Otherwise just save yourself on the electric bill and use the fiat to buy crypto directly.

WOW wolf ... lol i hate you hehe but ey i dont know anything about IT, coding or whatever so if you have talent like that then you deserve to have better performance. Or how you say in english... u deserve to have the edge ..? Yes mister "Ebliever" i cant keep up with the electric costs!! ..anymore.. I started around march-april because of dogecoin, darkcoin (doge mostly) and i was beginning to make little bit of cash (btc was around 450 euro so it was ok)...but when darkcoin got worthless i tried couple of coins like LOL,OPEC,Pawn, vert,einstein, and so on hehe. So far all my time in alts except for reddcoin was kinda waste. I find all algo's (before x11) making too much noise and getting hardware too hot and too much power consumption. Thats why i like x11 coins, i havent tried the x13..x15 etc new algo's but perhaps in future. But now btc is not even a stable 300 euro so im turning the pc's off now most of the time hehe. I only mine coins in evening because i pay less for electricity, but i dont really have a good coin to mine atm.. i started cannabiscoin ... been running for couple of evenings now.. have around 200 coins .. but then i realized i had a bittrex account for trading those reddcoins in back in july-august ^^ and i just bought 500 of them on bittrex with some change..leftover bitcoin in my bitrexx account for less than 5 euro :S .. my rigs cost at least 3 euro a day.. and i mine max 100 of them at difficulty 250-ish so its waste of time to mine cann I wish i could stop and sell the pc's but i just cant... i go all smeagol crazy every time i think about selling "my preciousss" pc's ... I knew i should bought that delorean!! in stead of gpu at least i could have had my 80's "back to the future GEEK on!" Good luck all miners and thank you for your wattage numbers wolf0 and ebliever.

hey guys, i'm runing Linux BAMT 1.5.2 with the djm34-x11mod. I have one Sapphire R9 290X Tri-X Toxic non-OC (4gb) and three Sapphire R9 280X Tri-X Toxic OC's (3gb) in the same rig and i'm not sure why the 290X only does ~3500kh/s when the 280X's are running at 3325kh/s each.
djm34-x11mod.conf is as follows:
"kernel" : "x11mod", "intensity" : "21", "xintensity" : "0", "rawintensity" : "0", "gpu-threads" : "1,2,2,2", "lookup-gap" : "0", "thread-concurrency" : "30464,22336,22336,22336", "shaders" : "2560,2048,2048,2048", "gpu-engine" : "1000,1175,1175,1175", "gpu-memclock" : "1500,1600,1600,1600", "gpu-fan" : "0-75", "gpu-memdiff" : "0", "gpu-powertune" : "0", "gpu-vddc" : "0.000", "gpu-dyninterval" : "7", "gpu-platform" : "0", "auto-fan" : true, "auto-gpu" : true, "temp-target" : "70", "temp-overheat" : "80", "temp-cutoff" : "90", "temp-hysteresis" : "3", "no-submit-stale" : true, "no-pool-disable" : true, "failover-only" : true, "failover-switch-delay" : "60", "queue" : "1", "scan-time" : "7", "shares" : "0", "tcp-keepalive" : "30", "expiry" : "28", "log" : "5", "kernel-path" : "/usr/local/bin", "api-listen" : true, "api-mcast-port" : "4028", "api-port" : "4028", "api-allow" : "W:127.0.0.1"
any input would be great because i should be getting quite a bit more out of the 290X from what i've been reading/trying on here.

Up the core clock on 280X - it can go higher. My clock is 1200 on 280X, but you probably can't go that high. Screenshot (custom code, NSFW): https://ottrbutt.com/miner/x11localrigwolf-11182014.pngthanks to Wolf0 what are your GPUs? and 280X brand? mine is MSI R9 280Xs Gaming ! the worst 280Xs i have ever seen in my life ! cant get 1200MHZ and also cant mine scrypt algo after 5month becuase of temp !

Your desktop backgrounds are weird. I bet you are single, living together with your forever companion; the computer.

Maybe I should code a Tipping bot, instead of these well-known DDos bots. I would tip your Wallets until these were overloaded.
