Nice, wish I had more hash but had to take down my bigger rig due to $400 light bill lol

Damn that is one huge bill! I wonder how much my S2 with running at 1300 watts is going to run my companies bill...

$400 a month is probably between 1-3 terahash, depending on your kwh costs and hardware used

lol I wish I had that kind of hash. $400 was for my whole house but was almost 2x my normal bill so I had to cut back on extras to make it up this month.

The pool is coming close to finally breaking through this .01 slump. Almost to .04!

Just broke 20 Terahash on the SHA port, too!
Can you explain. .01 what?

BTC each on Bittrex. We've been in the .01's for a while, but there is almost no more resistance!

Those of you putting up sell orders low are really short sighted. You realize that it's literally impossible for the value to crash...?

The pool is helping immensely, but we need more buy orders before we can take off - price is cheap!

There is only 108 for sale at any price, all the way up to 10 BTC each. There are less than 2.5 BTC worth of sells between us and 0.1

True, and that is encouraging.

Has the block explorer wallet been updated?  I am showing us on block 14246 and none of my recently generated stake blocks are visible in the explorer.  POS seems to be working great now btw.  Cool

A 6th stake of identical size came through, and this negative stake has actually removed coins from my account!

Status: 1/unconfirmed, broadcast through 3 nodes
Date: 8/20/2014 02:27
Debit: 0.00 MMXIV
Net amount: -0.126327 MMXIV
Transaction ID: 212bbf60e7f3e2e6e8564eb93249edecf937086a4749b3d3877ba5803a5991d9

That is normal for it to show a negative amount. Since it is removing those coins from 'Balance' and putting them into 'Stake'. Then when the coins come out of stake that message is updated with the amount of coins that were stakes. I looked and 9 different wallet that I have staking and I see that with them all. Here is an example of APEX.

Status: 36 confirmations
Date: 8/19/2014 15:00
Source: Generated
Debit: 0.00 APEX
Net amount: -1199.2167945 APEX
Transaction ID: 4387da59643aefc6bdda8ed7356ed12eb928209f678074d9c341974036619e25

Status: 445 confirmations
Date: 8/19/2014 15:00

Credit: 1.74405502 APEX
Net amount: +1.74405502 APEX
Transaction ID: 4387da59643aefc6bdda8ed7356ed12eb928209f678074d9c341974036619e25

While the coins are being confirmed it will show the amount of coins that were put into stake that is why a negative number. Then once the come out of stake that amount will show the amount of coins that were staked. So there is nothing wrong with the wallet trying to create a negative coins when staking.

Correct. Thanks for double checking with other coins. I know it looks kinda funny, but it's just the coins moving from Balance to Stake

No stakes yet today. It says my weight is 74 and network weight is 74 and it will stake in 2 minutes, and it's said that for quite a while now.

If you guys pull your sell orders, you can basically set the price at whatever you want. There are so few of these, I'm pretty sure the people in this thread have a large percentage at this point

Most of the sells haven't changed for like a month, so if you set some a while back, pull them so the multipool can make some headway this week!

Seems OK here.  My wallet says it's on block 14396 and I have minted many POS blocks today, starting at 11:00am CST.  So far, only one has orphaned, but it's not unusual to get those occasionally.  So far, so good Smiley

Definitely need to get the block explorer on the new wallet ASAP.  I know Bittrex checks the official block explorer on all their coins occasionally, and compares the block height to their own wallet, to identify when there's a fork.  If the explorer doesn't match what their wallet says, they may freeze the MMXIV market.

That won't happen. I have direct contact with richie, he would hit me up right away. I already sent the explorer guy a message, though, I'm sure it'll be ready soon

I agree the multipool is getting things moving but we still need some more buy support - there's only 0.23 BTC holding the price above 0.005 right now.  You mentioned doing another raffle?  I might even be willing to help chip in.

#MMXIV on Freenode IRC (http://pool.mmxivcoin.com:8082/chat) is the main communication
That link is a chat window on the pool

The main post has been edited, though

#MMXIV (0) on IRC...? Nobody there? It has the right topic though! I'm surprised... Usually at least the developer is online or a bot Smiley

This basically confirms what I have been saying - no one has been generating stake for at least the past 3 days.  I am guessing the 7 previous (confirmed) POS blocks you have were sometime on or before 8/16

I've been assured by the developer personally that all is and was working correctly! So we better trust him instead of FUDDING the topic here!

We're going to take another look and see if we can tweak PoS to perform a little more predictably. This project is ongoing, we will always be doing our best to ensure things are running properly. Giving us actual numbers like you guys have tonight is what we need, not people calling it shit; that doesn't help anyone

Smiley You call asking for help by me "shit"? Really?? That makes me a bit sad actually... Spending so much time on supporting and promoting altcoins and then being called an ass... While follow up posts prove there indeed was something wrong... Well, again, fuck me, right? Smiley I must say, you are to day the first and only altcoin that accuses me of that.

I don't understand you, at all!

******** CRITICAL UPDATE ********
Sorry for all the forks, but we want to make sure it is running at 100% as advertised
If anything, it should show how dedicated we are to making sure this is done right

Thanks for reporting errors with results instead of insults. That's how we all work together to get things fixed  Smiley

Yes! So glad the perfect wallet got even more perfect! But remember: never try to fix something that ain't broken!

That said: new wallet installation went without problems. Let's see that PoS kick in ;p

I don't get why you don't have an email subscription. That's just as fast and everyone who subscribes gets every notification with no effort on their part. You don't need real time communication because I would wager only a fraction of MMXIV users will be in the chat room at any one time anyway and will miss any important announcements.
