I agree, hold tight. There is real quality here. A solid foundation, there are so many pump and dump coins, it is refreshing to see a coin with substance, and a hard working dev putting it all into the coin. Be in for the long haul people. A newbs opinion.

Here is why I think the price is falling so hard:

It all has to do with the coin distribution. The coin was launched on may the 7th and the POW lasted 20 days until may the 27th.
In the first 4 days there were about 1M coins mined, by the end of the first week of pow there were 2,1M coins mined and a day later almost 50% of all the coins in circulation were already mined leaving the other half of the coins to be mined until the end of POW for the total amount of 5,5 M. This ultra fast distribution of the coin is the cause for such powerful market manipulation and relentless dumping and this is why the price is going down even though we have had good progress from the dev and mostly positive news. The people who got in early are making tons of money right now with this low price and they are making this money within a very short time frame of less than a month. From the end of the POW we have entered the POS and the coin inflation is changed drastically. Of the total 5,5M we can extract a maximum of 3,3% /year that is  181500 coins/year meaning 15125 per month maximum. But the thing is only a small percent of the coins are actually staked so the monthly inflation is much lower. This means that the people who mined the coin in the first 20 days and especially those who mined in the first week have almost absolute control over the market.

What we are going through right now is a phase or rapid coin redistribution from the early miners who  have enormous wallets filled with very cheap coins. Some of them are dumping tens of thousands to make a quick buck and they will continue to do so over the short term, at least  one month. They are doing it in a controlled manner by keeping the buy walls and sell walls fairly close forcing the people to buy and sell from the walls making constant profit for the big guys. They will occasionally shake the market up or down just to make sure that the current price level is exhausted and then they move lower. They want to exhaust the buying power of the small fish at the current level of price and only then they move the buy wall and sell wall lower and in this manner they extract the maximum amount of money possible. I think we will see this happening until the market is relatively dried up and only then it will be possible to have a new significant rally up.

My strategy will be to just follow the big walls and keep increasing my holdings by short selling on highs and buying back on lows until this is settled. I dare not make any prediction on the price level we will reach but it will be low. Of course it just so happens that when people make predictions it rarely goes as planned )

This is just my own interpretation of the market right now, please don't take it as advice, just do your own research and make your own decisions. I do like the fundamentals of the coin I understand that the distribution phase was designed to be more like you would invest in a business rather than being extra fair for all. This is the reason why some people call it a scam coin. For those of you who got in late and are at a loss consider this: It is pointless to drop everything right now: this action will make sure that you will lose money. When we will reach the bottom the big guys will take it up again and also the coin might get some natural traction going on, therefore my opinion is that instead of dumping and leaving is better to stay and increase you stake and if it all works out you will eventually get out on top.

I would love to help but I'm all in with coins and there for I'm going to have to ride it because I ain't cashing out on loss. I just hope people understand we are under attack even knowing we have made progress and the news have been good yesterday. Hang on people we will break through. This is just the beginning. Our tec is way better the our direct competitors and we only 1 month old. God knows where this coins will stand when rev2 comes out.
I do agree we should make a press release about this, where we stand and where we are heading. There a lot of people that are not aware of what we trying to archive.

I think dark coin has pretty much the same problem as XC coin. It to has had a very rapid mining in the first weeks and most of the coin is in the hands of very few people who are playing the market. From my limited technical perspective I can say that dark coin shows signs of reversal. It has had a double top followed by a rapid decline and a rebound that until now has not reached to the previous top. So we should probably see in the next weeks a graph very similar to xc coin right now the only difference will be that it will evolve probably slower.

I want to mention that I am no expert, so please take anything I say about trading and markets in general with a grain of salt as I am often wrong
