You idiots believe anything without looking.

Mintpal is the main exchange right now. Price is tanking for no reason. Just some panic sellers.

Mintpal goes under 100k at 1940 then 2 hours later at 2125 someone sells a bunch and price drops to 94k. At 2155 it drops to 84k.

Bittrex drops under 100k down to 97k at 2150. At 2200 it drops to 91k. 2210 it drops to 88k

As you can see it takes many minutes later for Bittrex to catch up to Mintpal because no one wants to dump.

Are people really believing that people are in the trollbox on Bittrex and then dumping on Mintpal because of what they are reading? CLOAK holders on bittrex are strong because it took awhile before anyone started dumping into the buy walls. I'm sure people were only dumping because Mintpal was so low.

But anyways. Go to lazycoin. No clue why people would trade on an exchange with the word "lazy" in it.

Misguided accusations. Just a bunch of butthurt cloakheads.

Update:

Cloak devs working hard as usual, there's a lot to get done and we're not stopping for anything.

Block escrow for the time being is the center of that development as it applies to both PoSA and OneMarket.

CloakPal, the SMS mobile wallet from the secondary dev team has been made public at www.cloakpal.com

Questions can be directed to Ludx on #Cloakcoin IRC related to CloakPal.

We've also been working on a graphical and relatively "easy to follow" explanation of how PoSA v2 works, that should become public over the next 24 hours or so.

PDF link will be posted here as soon as it's ready and also on www.cloaktalk.org

I'm in. I'm holding. Things will develop the way they'll do.

One more word to richie and this whole mod-story: I really think it's enough. Although I do not think that the price decline is solely caused by some mod spreading misinformation, nobody is safe from having a black sheep under their mods.
Richie has apologized officially on behalf of bittrex, which I think is a really, really nice gesture. What else could he do? Denouncing bittrex on its frontpage? Come on guys, this is ridiculous.

And now, let's please grow up and get everything back to normal, again.

Awesome work as always Dagger!  Your progress and innovations are attracting FUD of insane levels.  Your team delivers time and time again..... the hardest working devs in the altcoin market, and the results show (CloakTrade, PoSA, CloakPal, CloakSend, OneMarket)

25K coins and holding.  I promise not to sell a single one before spending some on OneMarket!  Stay strong & HOLD, together as a community we can put a halt to the pump and dumpers manipulation over the weak.

Of course they are. But keep in mind that this is not easy in a place where literally everyone from all over the world can become a mod. Remember fontas? Read his first posts on Reddit; you could actually get the idea that this is a nice person being interested in crypto. And then?
You cannot prevent shit from happening, it happens everyday and everywhere, even in the real world with paid employees of companies. It just doesn't protect from such things.

Richie apologized for something he didn't even do himself. I think, that's enough responsibility. Seriously, what do you expect him to do? Wash the car of every cloakhead for the rest of his life? Bring the price back up by himself? Close Bittrex? Stop starving and extinction all over the world? Peace for everybody? I think this whole thing is a bit overexaggerated. Really.

these are not employees, they are volunteers afaik.
That being said, bittrex should at least issue a statement on their twitter about it and remove the mod in question.

Greetings to the fellow cloakheads Smiley

This is my very first post on the bitcointalk, but I've been lurking around for more than a year and have been involved with crypto since early 2013. I've made many mistakes and lost around 30-40 K USD in the process. I have learned my lessons. CLOAK is the first coin that I am truly dedicated to and do not plan to dump it once the price skyrockets but rather utilize all of the benefits such as 6% stake per year and OneMarket alone with truly full anonymity. I believe that it is a revolutionary thing that we have been waiting for since BTC launch.

I am aware that the coin is new and therefore we as a community have to work on marketing and spreading the word about it. I have purchased the domain: www.cloakreport.com , which could be used to post news and updates about the coin, or interviews with the developers etc. www.cloaknews.com was my first choice but it is taken. I also have two other crypto related domains that I am willing to share with the community: www.cryptotruth.com and www.cryptonomad.com . I believe these are solid names and I am willing to pay for the hosting, emails and SEO.

I know that there are quite a few people here that have advanced web design skills. Please come up and we can come together to make a good site/ or site that will promote CLOAK. Also we would need a few reporters and people willing to do interviews and help around with the websites. If you think this is a good idea, and you want to contribute, please post it here and contact me personally.

I just want to make it clear that these domains are not my personal property even though I paid for them and will pay for the hosting etc. The owner is CLOAK community and I am just doing my thing to help us reach wider audience.

Thank you,
Joe

Hey guys. I just wanted to tell you a little bit about myself and why I refuse to sell my CLOAK.

First off, I'm not a whale I'm a college student. I'm not on the rich list, in fact I only have 500 CLOAK - which represents an entire two week paycheck of ~$450. I'm not even that well off; I may make around $3k this year (if you're confused on the math here, I make more over the summer than I do the rest of the year), which means that 15% of my income is in CLOAK.

I first became interested in CLOAK maybe 1-2 weeks before the bubble started after hearing about our coin's concept. I was VERY skeptical due to the prevalence of scam and pump & dump coins, but I slowly started accumulating coins as more and more white papers came out. By the time the bubble started I had ~50 coins and by the time we reached .00079 I made the impulse decision to buy up to 500.

Here's the thing, though: I haven't sold any of my 500 CLOAK. Again, I haven't sold any of my CLOAK. Not at the first peak @ .003, nor the second, nor the recent POSA peak @ .002.

Don't get me wrong, I've had my doubts about CLOAK. But allow me to quote a post I made earlier:

You can't FUD away the value of real tech.

In the past I've tried my hand at a few different coins; I'm not exactly new to cryptocurrencies anymore. I first got into this for the same reason as the rest of you: to get rich quick. Hell, I've said 'to the moon' IRL more times than I can count at this point and I still love to tell average people about how I'm going to buy a car with a paycheck. However, when did I actually stand a chance at making that kind of money?

Simplified Rundown (of my more notable investments)
Dogecoin: Ha...ha ha...ha ha ha ha ha. Currently @23 sat. (We were all noobs at one point.)
Darkcoin: Much more respectable. Did they deliver anything? Nope, the biggest thing to happen to DRK
(at least while I held I'm not trying to bash anyone please don't hurt me) was the coin getting listed on Bitfinex.
Monero: Better still. Monero has several markets on Poloniex, which temporarily boosted its value. But has it delivered on the promise of anonymity? Not yet
            (sorry, mixers don't count).
Shadowcoin, Keycoin, etc: Haven't delivered anything except promises.

The truth is that the Cloakcoin dev team has delivered more in 4 weeks than any other dev team has delivered in the lifetime of a coin. I realize that I'm already ranting, so instead of posting all of the things our dev team has done for us I'm just going to quote this GREAT post (please click the quote link to see the full post).

To sum up for potential new investors.

I could honestly go on forever on this rant, but I'd like to wrap it up with the following observation
A lot of the people here are willing to trade on any and all information presented to them and will sell everything on the least bit of bad news (see the Bittrex scandal that developed and ended while I was writing this post [cold stare at those who sold]). The hard truth we should all face is that 'any coin can go anywhere at any time' and 'no one can predict the future'. I have chosen to hold because I think that the Cloakcoin has the best dev team in cryptocurrency right now, and I hope you will too. I'll see you at the top - or the bottom

Thanks man!

Right! They aren't even employees! How should you control that they're decent, besides listening to your intuition when you're about to make someone a mod? Imho richie stated clearly enough that such things may not happen and he'll take care about this, so this won't happen again.

Requesting an additional tweet about this seems quite narrow-minded to me (sorry, no offense) and those funny requests like stating it on the Bittrex start page make the cloak community look immature and stubborn. The only thing it does not is making things from the past undone.
So, let's grow up and accept an apology of a guy who probably isn't very amused himself about the bad reputation (although maybe only short timed) this action gave to the exchange.

The problem is not the the FUD in the trollbox, it's members of staff spreading FUD in the trollbox. I refuse to support an exchange who's staffmembers are actively trying to hurt my assets. Even more so when the exchange owner doesn't publicly distance himself from it and doesn't take action against the staff in question.

Fuck bittrex. An advice I will actively keep spreading along with this story as long as no rectification is made.
