Hi there. I am quite confident that I took part of the NEM IPO for initial shareholders 2 years ago and since then I left crypto world for a while. Can I get track of that now by checking the list of stakeholders and request my share? Thanks.

NEM community has been really wise at launch.
We kept lots of coins in funds for future developments.
This is why you still see big concentration at the top of richlist.

Nowadays there are bounties distributed for debugging mobile wallet, writing blog articles and running supernodes.
There is plenty of coins to allow continuous development for years and years.
Even if quite successful you can still consider NEM to be in its infancy

We've now outvolumed Lisk on Poloniex. Rather shocking that something as solid as NEM overtaking some ICO crap is news but there you go. I wonder whether it's going to start a drift back down the charts or stay in the minds of traders now.

I am hoping we will pass DAO in the next days. The probability is very good even the price of DAO has recovered a little bit again today.
DASH will be hard to reach soon but DAO is possible.
I am still thinking we need a NEM news sites similar to NXT's nxter.org to keep informed about. Not everyone is following the discussions on NEM forum or slack channel.

Just passed LISK  Grin
-snip-

Actually DASH will be easier to beat than DAO.
our marketcap is only $10M less than DASH, we will need to rise another 40+ million to pass DAO, and i see this easily happening!
LOL, I remember people dumping XEM at 30 satoshi...

I think i remember seeing them dumped as low as 25 sats.
Absolutely killing myself i did not buy more at the time, would have made a packet!

Well i still have held my stake from day 1 and am not going anywhere.
I just need to keep telling myself that one stake is enough for anybody!

I am a new user on NEM coin ...
What is the different between POI "Proof of important" and POS "Proof of stack"? and Which the best?

Good starting point:

Quote
Proof-of-Importance

POI is the algorithm used in NEM to time stamp transactions. A NEM user's importance is determined by how many coins they have and the number of transactions made to and from their wallet. POI is different from other initiatives which use a fee-sharing model that does not take into consideration one's overall support of the network. In some proof-of-stake systems a person only needs to have large amounts of coins to form a block; however, in NEM the transaction amount, as well as support of the network, become a factor. This has been designed to encourage users of NEM to not simply hold NEM but instead actively carry out transactions within the NEM ecosystem.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NEM_(cryptocurrency)

BTW, the other term is 'proof of stake'.

I got it.. Thank you for interesting  Smiley

When Mijin gets open source; can we use that software to promote their solution to Businesses around the world?

I'm promoting the Blockchain of NEM to a Financial company, but I don't know how to incorporate NEM within their system

Mijin seems a nice solution, but it would be nice when there is more explanation how it works and how to use it.

Then everybody here can promote it like me.
