That is a shady thing to do to their customers. I thought only sportsbet.io does this to their customers from their last couple of posts on their thread.
As I just heard of fairlay and seeing they have these incidents happening on their site too
well then nitrogensports is looking more and more appealing for those who wish not to have their funds locked into an account that is rendered useless to them unless they submit their id so to have their winnings withheld until they do.
Sounds alot like holding your balance for ransom before being released if you ask me.

i had high hopes with fairlay after using their service but i am just blown away by their response. Nothing they can do? when it was a misgrade on their end 2 years ago and they have allowed me to deposit several times after this and not brought it up? Not 1 email, not 1 thing in my statement history, nothing. But whatever.

here is my statement history FYI. How am i supposed to know my account was negative? Before I made my first deposit recently, my account statement said 0.04 balance and that was my balance when i Logged in.

nothing about a misgrade i can tell. Oh well. I am done with it. They will lose my business.

Lately these types of issues are all becoming very controversial matters.

Very similarly on Bitsler someone deposited a large amount, made one bet and requested a withdraw. The withdraw was held under suspicion.

Long story short. Bitsler sent it back to the deposit address source and user was happy. User didn't want to provide private ID either.

I haven't observed what Fairlay does but with other sites, if someone deposits like 1BTC which is substantial and loses half of it and tries to withdraw 0.5BTC. The withdraw will still most likely get flagged and need manual review.

The withdraw amount doesn't matter what matters is where the deposit originates from.

One example is the ETH hack from 2016 which sold some ETC on shape shift and now they might want to mix those BTC.

Since it's all on the blockchain, the casino might be liable for not having any compliance.

Well they use it as a mixer since some gambling site don't really charge a lot compared to mixing services. Also, they can deposit an infinite amount of times into the site and output it to one address with the sending address being different from the address they deposited with. This is quite similar to exchanges. Problem is, these casinos and exchanges keep logs of such things and in the event they are required by the government to present those data, then you are exposed. Unlike what mixers promises. Not to mention usually this act is prohibited by the ToS of most gambling sites.

I have been still using FairPlay since my incident last time (with the misgrade), and they have been truly great.

One suggestion to FairPlay -
a cashout feature

make this option available for Live games and you could have 5 times the volume imo

other than that, just grading quickly (but i have found them to better and better with sports and horses)

I am truly impressed with their website, markets and quick payouts.

For instance Burnley vs. Everton mtach you dont know if you are betting halftime, 1st half, or full game. Even when you click the actual event, it still says the team names and NONE there.
