I've got 1.41 mbtc locked up (about 1% of my funds), despiting having zero matched orders. It's been like this for 2+ months. This might be because you haven't resolved the "Bitcoin Exchange to mess up before 2018" question.
Note if it isn't resolved, the UI needs to be improved as it shows up as having a Settle Date. It should be clearly marked as unresolved.

just made a deposit to bet live wagering for the champions league soccer and no live bets? it says no market found? ? please fix fairlay! yeah same for me wasn't able to place live bets on fairlay today and ended up betting in other site something is going on today with their system I guess , earlier today was trying to bet on horse racing and the markets there kept flashing but finally managed to catch one of the options |

That's a decent compromise and I for one appreciate the effort! Hopefully the maintenance will make things more reliable in the future at least. Btw, have you had any thoughts on permanently lowering the withdraw fees? Considering we are sitting at really low fees right now and most people getting on the SegWit train I don't see any need for services to still enfore these higher fees. |

My winnings from this bet would be 3.61, which makes it a losing proposition either way. Am I supposed to just do nothing and accept that my winnings are gone?
I bet probably more than 24 hours before the game. I would understand that it would be voided if, for example, my stake was returned before the game, but I believe it went to grading as per usual, with the usual delayed payout. There was no indication that the bet would be voided, until after I won. Besides, I know of no reason why it would be voided anyway, because the game was played out as per normal.

The entire situation sounds a bit absurd, hopefully there were some major issues with this particular game/match or that the specific bet you placed had some issues with it (I don't play enough at Fairlay to know the entire interface or how certain situations play out). I hope that it'll get resolved and that you at least get paid back what you did bet. I can appreciate that you are willing to give them the benefit of the doubt by not trying to escalate the situation as that could also hinder your specific case. |
