FAIRLAY - SPORTS BETTING for experts - highest liquidity, provably best odds

is it me or fairlay don't have many odds. i mean always half of them is blank. is it the bots that doing the fast betting, making the option sold out? or something else?

I guess it depends on the game that you want to bet on , cause the games I play usually have good liquidity so can bet that without having a problem
but when I used to bet on horses with fairlay this used to happen a lot , some horses used to be blank since the liquidity wan't stable so some mbtcs going in and out
if that's the case you just need to keep an eye on the line and bet when the market is available

NOW AS A RESULT OF THEIR ERROR, I CANNOT MAKE ANY WAGERS AFTER I MADE A DEPOSIT TODAY

THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER I EXPECT MORE FROM THEM. AND THIS IS FRUSTRATING HAVING TO GO THROUGH AND WAIT TO GET IT FIXED.


BUT LET ME EXPLAIN HOW MY ACCOUNT IS MESSED UP. THEY DOUBLE CHARGE ME FOR A FUTURE WAGER IN THE WORLD CUP MARKET.

NOW THIS IS NOT RIGHT BECAUSE I HAVE DONE THE FOLLOWING WORLD CUP WAGERS.

MY FIRST WORLD CUP WAGER IN THE MARKET WAS CROATIA AT 34/1 FOR A TOTAL OF 49.84 MBTC
I THEN SOLD THAT PLAY BACK WHEN CROATIA WAS AROUND 15/1 ODDS. I THEN BOUGHT RUSSIA AT 54/1 AND THEN SOLD BACK AT AROUND 20/1. I THEN USED MY PROFITS OF 89.67 TO BET ON COLOMBIA FOR THE WORLD CUP, WHO LOST. HOWEVER, THIS WAS MADE USING MY PROFITS IN THE MARKET. WHICH ALLOWED ME TO WAGER EVEN THOUGH MY ACCOUNT WAS 0 BECAUSE I WAS GETTING A PROFIT NO MATTER WHICH COUNTRY WON THE WORLD CUP. I EVEN SENT AN EMAIL TO YOU GUYS A FEW DAYS ASKING IF YOU CAN PAY ME OUT IN THIS MARKET BEFORE I EVEN MADE THAT COLOMBIA WAGER BECAUSE I WAS GETTING A PROFIT NO MATTER WHO WON THE WORLD CUP. SO HENCE, I USED PROFITS FROM MY ORIGINAL WAGER TO WAGER ALL THE WAGERS IN THIS MARKET AFTER THAT. NOW FAIRPLAY TRIED TO GET ME TWICE BY SAYING -89.67MBTC TODAY AFTER RUSSIA GOT DEFEATED. BUT MY NET IS RUSSIA WON WAS 4MBTC AND 0 IF THEY LOST.

TO PUT THIS IN PERSPECTIVE THEY BASICALLY ARE SAYING OH WE ALLOWED YOU TO BET WITHOUT DEDUCTING MY ACCOUNT. WHICH IS NOT POSSIBLE. AS MY PROFITS WERE USED TO MAKE THIS WAGER INITIALLY. WHY WOULD MY ACCOUNT BE DEDUCTED AFTER THE BET LOST? ISNT DEDUCTED AFTER YOU MAKE A WAGER??? . ITS PRETTY SIMPLE LOGIC. BUT TRY EXPLAINING THAT VIA EMAIL TO 5MBTC@FAIRLAY.COM WITHOUT BEING CONFUSING.

SO TODAY AFTER THE RUSSIA GAME, CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY DID I GET THIS
-89.67MMBTC OUT OF MY ACCOUNT?
THERE IS NO REASON WHY THIS SHOULD HAVE CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT TODAY

THIS IS WRONG, AND I DONT KNOW HOW MANY OTHERS ARE GOING THROUGH THIS.
I THEN WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE A WAGER AFTER I MADE A DEPOSIT TODAY WHICH ENDED UP COSTING ME .

HERE IS THE BREAKDOWN OF MY PROFITS. NO MATTER WHICH COUNTRY WON, I WAS GETTING A PROFIT. IT SHOULD NOT HAVE MATTER IF RUSSIA WAS ELIMINATED AS I ALREADY SOLD THAT WAGER BACK.

SO PLEASE FIX ASAP.  
ITS BASICALLY THEY TOOK OUT THE FUNDS FROM THE COKLOMBIA BET TWICE. ONCE WHEN I MADE THE WAGER (USING MY PROFITS FROM THIS MARKET) AND TODAY WHEN THEY DEDUCTED 89.67MBTC FROM MY ACCOUNT!

but the wager was taking from my account the first time, why would they need to take it out of your account again?

but i would trend carefully with fairlay as they could easily be doing this to a lot of customer who dont notice it.

That's why you currently have a negative balance, which seems strange at first. The reason is that your sure profit from your Croatia bets is not yet settled.  Please wait till the end of the tournament / or when Croatia exits and everything will be in order.  We know it's not optimal, but  there are reasons for this so we cannot change this behaviour.

In a nutshell, your sure profits from your Croatia bets can only be used to place bets on runners of the same market, not on other markets.

Sorry we cannot help you with this except ask you to wait.

Sorry, we can only explain to you how it works, changing the system is very difficult and it would only affect future markets anyway.  If you still have a negative balance, best you make a new instant account and use that until the world cup is over.

they have confirmed me that instead of a withdrawal I made a transfer to another fairlay user.

this week it is the second time I have issues using fairlay.
last Thursday I bet on a soccer match and since it was the only one betting in that market I was subject to a freeze of funds for 24h....
Now, trying to withdraw this new option to send funds to other customers is on the same tab as the withdrawals.


My suggestion, put these transfers in a different tab (call it transfer, other bookies do have the same, especially when transfer funds between sportbooks wallet and casino wallet.

Finally, bookies usually inform their users whenever there is a change to their terms and conditions.
I believe I did not receive such notice advising about these new features.

Fairlay, please take in consideration the above suggestions.
I do not want to have to read the terms and conditions each time I use my account just to be sure I am aware of all the changes....
