I m a Technical and Development Adviser as an individual and some individuals consult me  , with related to development matters and I help them with what I know the best. You might have noticed this many many times in my life as a Developer and in the CryptoWorld. Before working on NAVAJOCOIN , I used to help a lot of 1st generation coins and their communities to get their coins back on track and helped them with their development matters as well as their core developers with my knowledge. So please do not fall for any rumours or related that say otherwise.

Well, I would like to avail myself of your great experience, and kindly ask you a few things:
 A) What do you think about of this acceleration of the block chain?
 B) What do you think it could be the cause?
 C) What steps have been taken by the DevTeam so far?
 D) You have identified some sort of remedy, direct or indirect, or even temporarily,
to be put in place now?

I hope you will be so kind as to answer as soon as possible, because never as in this case, "time flies".

Bye Bye

The blockchain is approaching the speed of light!
It seems to be over double speed lately, like a block every 15 secs.
That is probably why staking has increased too

Yes, you are right, but is even worst.

If we look at Explorer Block, and we set the block 1666855 as reference,
we can see that its Unix time is 1440604876.

If we look at the block 1665855, 1000 blocks before the reference above,
we can see that the its time is 1440594764.
So, the time difference is 10112, divided by 1000 blocks, we have the block
average time interval is of 10.112 seconds.

One third of what it should be.

Concluding, IMHO with this type of speed the NAV can only go in three places, the
"24 Hours of Le Mans", to "Indianpolis 500", or to encounter to trouble.

Bye Bye

In this time you will finish roadmap with few years (maybe).

You can't feed ppl with only good words, i belived in this coin but as investor i losing my hope.

As much as i dont like newbie accounts asking open questions like "tell me more about how great this coin is"
I also dont like 4 post accounts spouting negativity Grow a Pair and use your real/main account or at least buy one with some more posts on it.

1 how far along are the Masternodes ?
2 How is Decentralization comming along ?
3 Where is the WEBWALLET ?

A % of completion like asked for by more then one member a couple of pages back would be nice.

Btw , saying : "they allways deliver" doesnt really help me much as an investor if 100 other coins deliver First.

First of all i was reading this forum for a long time, now i registered to have a chance to say my opinion.
I just dont get one thing.
Why when sombody is asking about the progress and updates delays is taken by fudder or manipulator?
What is wrong when we have big delays, only non-use forum is released and im investor who spend his money?
Dont u think that almost half of year delay of wallet is good thing? So when we will get more needed things?
Instead of hyping roadmaps they should put % progress of that they are working already.
My post will be probably delated, but who knows...

No one is called fudder / manipulator, if he is able to write and discuss like a grown up.
But posts that are only written to insult and spread false information, will get deleted.

Your post won't be deleted, just because you are asking critically! It is all about respecting each other.

After each cloud comes ray of sunshine:  http://cointelegraph.com/news/115172/kim-dotcom-china-in-big-trouble-buy-bitcoin-now

Those news should help grow to all good coins, like navajo.. Wink After the good news , of course, about creating a web wallet .. I'm looking for the other coin - it is neither of the same coin ... If Navajo do it first among all cryptographic coins , then the price will rise well .. Cheesy

I belive that if it get a life in near future our market will move on, in other way its only one way.

We already described how it went. I will make a short overview for you:

First we started hiring some external developers to do the mobile and webwallet. They started, but after a month or 6 weeks they told us, they are not able to finish this project, because of other project they have to do. At that point they refunded the paid bitcoins and left.

We started to rethink the project and found a new developer, who is well known and checked the situation. we came to the point that developing a webwallet "old style" is no good resolution for this problem. Even it would have been much faster, it would have been a lack of security and we also would have to manage all coins like a bank, cause they would be central on a server for the webwallet. This is when we started thinking about the bip32 protocols to be able to use HD wallets (I hope you have a small overview about technical things here, to understand).

We started (soopy) to implement these protocols, because it is something no other alternative coin, that is not a simple bitcoin clone, has done this before. This implementation has been a very rocky way, which has all been done now by soopy. He already published the code on git and wrote something here some pages ago.

Now we restart with the web and mobile wallet, but this time it should be a much faster way, because all prework / implementing of new technics is done.

Hi Remy,

Thank you for bringing your thoughts and ideas as well insight to NavajoCoin , I m currently investigating this particular scenario and closely watching the Blockchain , I would like to name this effect as "Close to Light of Speed Effect" , with all the names that it has been given with. Smiley Rest assured we are monitoring the situation and act accordingly , in the mean time you are most welcome to send us your thoughts and ideas the same.

I believe for a fact that we are having an increased amount of users staking their wallets and as I said earlier , I'm currently monitoring the situation so is the team , I m sure as always we will find the cause and provide a fix if the need be. Smiley

In the meantime I suggest the speed of light will not last for long so better enjoy it while you breeze on it lol.

Warm Regards,
~SoopY~

i was kinda liking the bigger staking rewards lol. Am i wrong in thinking that this faster BC speed is only beneficial to those who stake anyway. To those that have no investment in nav it doesn't really matter? Obviously a fix will be needed at some point but as i said I like the new stakes lol.

Thanks to SOOPY for coming out and letting us know he's flagged it for review. Makes me feel better Smiley

Keep up the good work guys

I am very pleased to know that you are now investigating the matter.
BSPlus and I reported the problem as early as  21 July, as you can see here.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=679791.msg11936102#msg11936102

And was repeatedly placed under the attention of the DevTeam, in fact on August 9,
Strugg wrote that the DevTeam, we would be kept us updated, and we are still waiting.

For your convenience, here is another graph of Pos Diff and the interval between the blocks,
starting from 2015/07/02 (block 1.4M) until a few hours ago.
But I do not think that this is the source of the problem, only its effect.

Regarding your idea of a greater number of active users in staking, it is an interesting
hypothesis to explore, but before I could answer, I have to analyze an intermediate
file of 73 MB, now I do not think I have time.
My hope is I can give you some data tomorrow.
