1. NURO APP MARKETING GRAPHICS PACKAGE CONTEST. Today was the deadline so who is the lucky winner?  who is doing the work for $74?  Roll Eyes

2. What happened to the other project "Urocoin Prypto Scratch Cards" where 13 of you bag holders collected €462. Who is holding that money? Or did you help some farmers already?

3. Startjoin Project we know this one failed completely. But are you still looking forward to add Urocoin as a payment option?

1. Bohan has been out sick, he returned tis morning and will be back working over the weekend, I know there was some submissions but they havent been made public. If there is acceptable work there another 11.5 hours in (my day) for them to pick a possible winner or at least open it for discussion and edits.

2. Prypto was started by the Prypto distributor username "whywefight", not affiliated with Uro directly though has been in IRC often, its a project of their own to make money for their interest with the likelyhood that our community would benefit from using Prypto as others who have ordered from/used Prypto services did.  I guess its worth following up hopefully they can just do a partial run.

3. Startjoin didn't fail it relied on startjoin being able to accept and escrow urocoins. since there was never a proper discussion yes/no with startjoin this should be filed under ideas that didnt take off instead of projects which failed.

Explain how a so called multi-international company (GES) has about $25million, yet the director Nilesh Nair of GES is bankrupt??

http://www.docdroid.net/f94l/bankruptcy-search-1.pdf.html

Explain how the other so-called NIER's are never mentioned.

Explain how the community was told that GES has an office at Australia Square when it doesn't.

Explain how the community was told there is an office in HK when it doesn't have one.

Explain how the website of GES suddenly changed from being an all Australian company to a so-called HK company within the space of about 3 months??

No answers to these?? Why is that??

The people here do not have these answers, please stop spamming us. Please find answers and enlighten us or let us and the failing price and low volume be. When there is new information or these are answered you can re-open your investigation.

Truthful and Gugli, what bugs me about you guys is you never respond to anything that resembles an answer to further discussion.. you guys go underground then pop up with a different set of questions.  Truthful would you acknowledge that no one in this bitcointalk thread can answer those questions you spammed most recently? Gugli would you acknowledge that the 2 startjoins and the graphics contest are inprocess, stalled or not an issue?

After many days,  uro goes under 100k.
I'm starting to think that it's over.

It was over before it started. How would you be able to prove that a shipment of Urea had anything to do with GES? Why don't you just ask your guru or Bohan?? If there's transparency as they claim there is, why don't they tell the community if the supposed shipment for Urea has anything to do with GES?

3)  MV MEGA STAR      INTEROCEAN   UREA              nil   71,148     nil   29/12
From Reuters:
a little out of date, but it confirms that mega star is an Interocean Group Ship, used by IPL for UREA.
Link here

The fact that GES was able to release the port of origin before this information was available publicly indicates they were indeed involved in this transaction.

I wouldn't be too concerned with price at this time, as long as the mine and sell operations are pumping out the coins to the market there will be downward pressure with everyone else holding. Once the block reward is reduced market availability will also be reduced and should trend upward.
That's why a USD/Uro market is desirable, so investors don't have to change Fiat to Btc to Uro.
It would create a larger demand on the market IMHO.

wouldnt IPL be the chartering agent in the case of our rivaa shipment being on an IPL ship?
also good call that GES released the info before it was public knowledge...
lastly do you expect someone will pick up the phone and call stellar or interocean?

If you know that Bohan is "out sick" and will be working on the coin over the weekend. Why don't you pose these questions to them since you seem to have direct contact with them. I know they've read the questions before and didn't answer. I think that's strange for a company/ coin that is claiming to be transparent.

INTEROCEAN is a Founder Member on the panel of Ship Brokers established by The Government Of India, Ministry of Shipping (popularly referred to as TRANSCHART) since 1961. Majority of the Indian Government Undertakings channelise the fixing of tonnage for their import cargoes through TRANSCHART. These cargoes range from fertilizers, coal, iron ore, general cargo, clean & dirty petroleum products, chemicals, gases and other liner cargoes.

IPL is a government distributor, they use TRANSCHART.
They charter full shiploads, which may be from several suppliers at different ports. This is where the 12500 tonnes come into play, that is the approximate capacity of each of the ship's dry holds.

And yes, some idiot probably will call the office and accuse them of being numb cunts or some such thing.

This is why I say bankruptcy has not been proven or disproven until a judgment number is issued that can be verified through the court system. I have not found any judgment.

ASIC-initiated deregistration of a company

ASIC has the ability to deregister a company. Once a company is deregistered it ceases to exist as a legal entity and can no longer do anything in its own right. Any assets or property that the company has is held on trust by ASIC.

Generally, ASIC can deregister a company when it has not:
paid its annual review fee for at least 12 months after the due date
responded to a company compliance notice at least six months after the response was required
lodged documents for at least 18 months and there is no reason to believe the company is operating a business.
We can also deregister a company after it has been wound up.

Before ASIC deregisters a company, we will send a letter (to the registered office) advising the company, its directors, and where applicable, the liquidators, of our intention to deregister the company and the reasons why. We will also make a note on the company register that the company is in ‘SOFF’ (strike-off status) and publish a notice on the  insolvency notices website.

Companies are deregistered two months after a notice is published on the insolvency notices website.

Once deregistered, ASIC will send a final letter to the directors or liquidators advising that the company has been deregistered.

A director can stop a company from being deregistered if it complies with steps to stop deregistration that are contained in the initial letter to the company, directors or, where applicable, liquidator.

A third party can ask to deter a company from being deregistered if:
legal proceedings are underway against the company, or
there is an intention to issue legal proceedings against the company.

Truthful's reply that was deleted to the above post

You can get all the information you copied and pasted here Hobopete

http://www.asic.gov.au/asic-initiated-deregistration

The bankruptcy of Nilesh Nair is what you stated you couldn't prove or disprove. Are you going to prove or disprove this?

http://www.docdroid.net/f94l/bankruptcy-search-1.pdf.html

Why is GES claiming to be a company that has $25 million, yet the Director is bankrupt?

That link is where I copied the information, truthful. just wait for the results of my paid search.
If your confident that you are correct, I'll soon prove your point.
I just don't like the idea of no disposition after more than a year.
There are many possible scenarios as to why there would be space dust remaining of an issue long since cleared.
GIGO
I'm thinking tax issues at this point, but I could be wrong.
We'll see.

You have misinterpreted the bankruptcy that I'm talking about. I'm talking about this

http://www.docdroid.net/f94l/bankruptcy-search-1.pdf.html

You won't get the personal bankruptcy from ASIC. ASIC deals with companies. ASIC began the process of deregistering GES when it hadn't paid its fees in October 2013. The company was put back in registered mode in December 2013 when the company paid its fees.

You'll get the personal bankruptcy from here.

What lie? I've never been talking about the company. I've been talking about Nilesh Nair's personal bankruptcy. You said in your https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=742456.0 which you have now edited in relation to Nilesh Nair's personal bankruptcy, "that you could neither prove or disprove it" Nilesh Nair's bankruptcy is separate from the company, which is why it is odd that a company that claims to be multi-international with $25 million, when the director himself is personally bankrupt.

Companies don't go into bankruptcy. It's called liquidation. You aren't even certain of the correct terminology nor have you researched very well when I've just had to tell you the correct information!! You even had the incorrect link for the company. You had this link
https://creditorwatch.com.au/express/asic/organisation/147326252/GREEN-EARTH-HOLDINGS-PTY-LTD in your post which you edited.

Another point to add is why are you supposedly investigating GES AU when it had been repeatedly claimed that GES AU has nothing to do with the Uro. It has been repeatedly claimed that GES HK is involved with the Uro!
