One thing I noticed is that... seems the balances don't update
If they do... ok but.. I think that a MUST have feature which is really easy to do with the API would be to show a coin Balance and Available Balance, since coins can be locked up for orders.

Just differentiate between Balance and Available Json Values. This would be especially useful during ping-pong when tons of your coins could be absorbed by pending orders.

In the accounts menu option, both values are shown for all your coins' balances.  Your balance on the main form will update after you reload the orderbook AND after bittrex's server updates it.  It usually takes about 15-30 sec after a trade.

I just tested the program for the first time. Very nice! Thanks a lot for all that work.
I might not have fully understood it yet, but here are first thoughts & ideas:

for each market:
Please show the 24-volume, last price, %-change, lowest-&-highest-in-24h


Error messages (bottom left) do not disappear when problem is solved.
E.g. "Order Book retrieval error: MARKET_OFFLINE"
when no problem, i.e. pressing "Load order book" is working.


Bittrex has too many markets.
What if the 'market'-dropdown only shows "my" markets?
Perhaps a tab where I can select/unselect:
* manually
* all markets with volume less larger than __ BTC
* the top__ markets with the largest spread
* only "winners", only "loosers", etc.
ideally combinations possible.
And then save/load my selection.


Also, a table and several kinds of sorting would be nice, so that I can choose the for me most interesting markets by their parameters.


Market History:
My average buy price, average sell price, differences.


Totals:
What about showing them inside the order books, as an extra column? Then jumps are easier to spot.


Automatic functions:
* All automatic functions right now are made to loose money, but (perhaps) move markets.

I am really looking forward to other auto-functions, with a more 'honest' focus ;-)

Nice work. The one thing I'm worried about though, is with the ping-pong feature, old orders don't get cancelled, so you could be left holding bags if the price suddenly drops... I'm running version 1.1.2.1, so maybe this has been fixed in more recent versions

You'll have to update soon.. maybe wait till 1.1.2.4  I am addressing that concern with a variant on the ping pong function.

I don't know for sure how I will handle major features like arbitrage.  Most everything will be available in the program for the current rates.

Source isn't needed to run the program in Mono on linux and mac.  The .net mono installed on the target OS just needs to be the latest.

Did you see the tutorial on page 6 of this thread on running Quatloo-trader on mac and linux with mono?

-scalp mode in the advanced ping pong function.  : when you set scalp mode to 'checked' The order placed in that book (Bid or Ask or both) will be above or below the top order by the chosen amount of satoshis.  If you run it auto , each time it tries.. it wll not place a new order if yours is still the top one.  If someone has placed an order above or below yours, it will cancel the last order and place a new one above or below theirs.

-added a new form.. market summaries that lists the markets in order of highest base volume to lowest base volume.
-Whale function PAD IT - allows you to add many orders at once anywhere in either book.  You choose the start and end rate. the satoshi spread between each order. and the quantity for the order.  You can easily pick the start and end rates by right-clicking in either book .. a menu option will appear where you can choose that value in the book to be start or end rate.

Great update, and very nice tool indeed. Do you have plans of allowing it to go full screen? with a 1080x1920 resolution I could see the entire available order book there
